The Healing Tree

Today I had an appointment before 6 months with Dr.Soham Desai, n it was finalised before 2 days online for 10 to 11 am slot. But yesterday I had a phone by afternoon n asked to report at 12.05 today n we where there before time. we are asked to pay the fees though it was paid online. I show him the payments proof n thereafter i was asked for checking weight n bp. As there was nobody at that counter i weighed myself n noted it in my case paper. I handed over my case paper to the lady there who asked me to wait for atleast 2 hrs as there are many patients. For measuring BP also I tried thrice but could not succeed as nobody was there. What is the meaning of prior online appointment...! We were asking again n again for our turn but silently n bluntly we were asked to wait n wait again n again. Finally after a full day waiting, my turn came by 4.45 pm. I waste my full day for just a consultation with Dr. For few minutes, without the afternoon lunch even. Is this good type of services...! Pl. Do think over it n implement a better n prompt services to the patient's when you ask it a privilege services... which is not at all. This is just a normal municipal hospital type service because from11.45 to 5 pm we have set there waiting for our turn, though we fixed our appointment prior on line n reported there before time we were asked for. upvaas saathe veittiNg yaog kryao aaje vishv yaog divse. Again I have to be there on 20 Dec for further discussion with Dr. SohamDesai. I hope before that the conditions may get improve n such long waiting may not be there to suffer for anybody who come there at the previelage centre.

Quick to get an appointment. Nice and clinically clean campus. Staff friendly and helpful. Spoke a bit of English which helped me out as I don't speak much Gujarati. Very impressed.

Very bad service I have been waiting for six months but still no repair incomplete treatment but these people CO2 leser say keep going with other doctor they don't get rid of it very bad service

I was hospitalised for 14 Days. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Samir Patel, Dr. Bhalendu Vaishnav, Dr. Rajiv Paliwal & Dr. Jitesh Desai along with their Team of nurses, paramedical staff, administration, catering and choose keeping who made us feel like HOME. The ambiance, hygiene, Care and motivation from.the entire team was excellent. I strongly would recommend Shree Krishna Hospital - Multi speciality health care facility under one roof - especially The Healing Tree being the pride of Charotar Pradeep Patel

Its a fantastic facility a gigantic hub of health care .......... but every institution has some people who disturbe the whole chain of flow so keen active person should always be with patient in any healthcare visits is what i recommend the doctor might not be on time take time and visit you may have to wait

For covid treatment of my kid ,we got admission ,which was hassle free,at reception they have well behaved professional people to provide details, while stay junior-senior residents visited multiple time to take medical history, samples for investigation ,treatment and summary, doctors were polite and quite humble ,it's i think best hospital in anand district with high class facility and hospitality , charges are bit more compare to other medical facility but it's worth in sense to healing experience , good experience ,overall.
