My mother previously had surgery of right side total knee replacement done by dr.maulik jhaveri , the surgery went well the last time and everything was up to the mark so we came again for the left side tkr here again under Dr maulik. Our experience hasn't changed since before, the consultation , the treatment and surgery provided without any consequences is very commendable. This time also the surgery went well and she is recovering nicely. The physiotherapy personnel also did a very great job by providing quality physio sessions. Our highest recommendations for any ortho related injuries , to be consulted under dr.maulik jhaveri. Thank you

I had one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences at Sardar Patel Hospital. What made it even worse was the behavior and attitude of Mr. Sanjay Patel, who is supposed to be the Unit Head. He was shockingly unprofessional, lacked even basic manners, and treated us with complete disregard. Not only did he show no knowledge of how to manage patient concerns, but his arrogant and dismissive attitude was completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. A Unit Head is expected to show empathy, understanding, and professionalism--Mr. Sanjay Patel showed none of these qualities. Healthcare is about compassion, care, and communication. Unfortunately, under his supervision, this hospital feels cold, disorganized, and uncaring. I sincerely hope the hospital administration takes serious note of this and brings in someone who actually deserves to be in a leadership role. What's even more disturbing is the blatantly corrupt practices happening in this hospital. Patients are being charged for services and tests that were never provided, and no clear explanations are given. It feels like the hospital is more interested in making money through hidden and unjustified charges rather than offering honest medical care. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone who values respectful treatment and professional care.

People who are physically disabled i advise not to go here, because of lack of responsibility. yesterday my brother was admitted he is physically disabled, so for urine thy inserted catheter bag, even it was inserted by a doctor he had swelling on private part because of inserting improperly, thn again another doctor camed and inserted new one, and after doing mistake thy charged for inserting both of the time. We had argument for this, at last we are here in hospital for treatment not for getting more problems, hospital management should understand thr responsibility, strict action should have been taken for such things, dr not even know how to insert catheter how can a patient trust them for operation. Really bad sign

My mother fell down at home while working on 15/5/25 and there was swelling in her left hand and pain was also very much. She was admitted at sardar patel hospital under dr. Maulik jhaveri After his examinations, turns out there was frcaturw in her left humerus. He suggested surgery (open reduction internal fixation with humerus platting + k wire with 3d reconstruction) The surgery went well and we are well satisfied with all the services. Our experience is nothing but Good. All the post op care was also done very nicely Thank you

Sardar Patel hospital and heart institute is one of the best hospital in Ankleshwar region. Front desk staff is very much cooperative. Hospital is neat and clean. Doctors are learned and experienced. Hospital is having 24*7 emergency services. Ambulance service is available. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. It's a blessing for nearby people.

Dr. Hinsa Ratva a Radiologist did USG of abdomen and pelvis, she could not detect abdomen problem and gave us normal report. Our doctor not satisfied with the report and again did usg in Other Radiologist, they could able to detect problem. Dr. Himsa Ratva if you are dont know how to do proper USG learn from senior and do more practice so patients life can be saved and don't waste patients hard earn money and time. And by the way patient died due to false report and we thought report is normal so could not examined further. Lately when patient had started severe pain again then we got to know that USG report was false.

There is an issue of punctuality of doctors. There is no fixed time for when the doctor will come to the hospital, even the staff does not know the actual time of the doctor's arrival Just keep waiting and you can't do anything. I am waiting for doctor sheshang patel since 10:45am his time is 11:00 to 14:00 but he is still not arrived now almost 13:00hrs.. also there's no seating arrangement for the patients...
