Title: Extremely Disappointed During Medical Emergency

Review:
I visited Jalaram Multispeciality Hospital & ICU on 29th July 2025 at 12:05 PM with my mother, who was having a serious heart issue. Despite completing the registration and all formalities immediately, we were not attended by any doctor for a long time. The hospital staff was unresponsive and uncooperative, offering no clarity or assistance during a critical situation.
In a facility that calls itself an ICU and multispeciality hospital, basic emergency response and prompt care should be a top priority. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. Such delays can be life-threatening, and I hope the hospital administration takes immediate steps to improve their emergency handling and staff coordination.
Very disappointed with the experience during such a sensitive time.
