I recently visited the hospital due to a medical emergency with my relatives. While the doctors, nurses, and staff were attentive and provided timely treatment, there were some issues with the billing and pharmacy services. Initially, I was not provided with a copy of the emergency charges, which I had to request later. Furthermore, I was charged for service fees for a bottle and injections, which seemed unnecessary. What was more concerning was being asked to pay an additional fee of 150 for the same case just 8 hours later. I felt that the hospital should have waited for at least 24 hours before charging again. While the medical staff's behavior was good, the pharmacy staff's behavior was unacceptable. They were rude and inconsiderate, which added to the stress of an already difficult situation. I hope the hospital management takes steps to address these issues, particularly with regards to the pharmacy staff's behavior. Patients and their relatives are already under immense stress, and it's essential that hospital staff are empathetic and understanding.

Poor service. No radiology department is there. You have to go here and there with the patients. At least you can provide proper radiology team

The working atmosphere here is very very bad. Not only this, the commitment made by the Admin after hiring for the job is also never fulfilled. For instance, salary increases and appointment documents and etc. Here, they treat employees partially.

Worst experience Either prefer fully Government hospital or fully private hospital... Rude behavior of staff.& Number of staff is very less.... The hospital which not believe in prevention...worst experience.. In NICU ..N0 proper CPAP OR VENTILATOR AVAILABLE..

good hygene with cooperative staff..must visit... all drs provide genuine treatment with genuine guidence.
