Absolutely horrible experience - this hospital should be avoided at all costs. The staff here, especially Mayuri and the supervisor, are extremely rude and unprofessional. They speak disrespectfully to patients and their families, showing zero empathy or basic manners. It's shocking how little they care about people in such a critical environment. On top of that, they don't provide receipts after taking payments, and when you ask for them, they respond with foul language and a bad attitude. This is not only unethical but also highly suspicious. During my mother's admission, I repeatedly requested for the TV in the room to be repaired. They kept giving false promises that it would be fixed, but it never was - even until the day she passed away. Nitesh, who was supposed to handle it, never answered phone calls when we tried to follow up. It was just lie after lie, with no accountability whatsoever. This hospital is a disgrace. No compassion, no responsibility, and no professionalism. Please don't put your loved ones through this kind of neglect.

I have such a good experience..I hv delivered baby girl in this hospital. Doctor and staff are good nd kind...

Date: 3rd march'25. Today we arrived to the hospital to meet Dr. Prince patel with my sister. We entered at 8:32 am and now its 11:43 but still the doctor have not arrived. Some of the Mothers have came with their infants, its too difficult to sit for an 3-4 hours. We were been told that Dr. will come at 11:00 am, and now they told he will come at 12:30. Worst experience i ever had.

Very good facilities are provided by the virtue of hospital management and with the generous donations of great donors. Many new sections are introduced for the welfare of needy and local people with professional medical services. I have positive and prompt service many times with hospital and medical emergency for my school students. One experience I want to share in which I had to came to the hospital with one of my high school student with critical situatioin. I informed the hospital contact person for this emergency and they were on the toe to attend the little patient and gave her quickest emergency service and saved the student. Even they took extra care for the student who was going to appear in board exam and also gave reasonable discount in their bill. I am thankful to the hospital management, administration and medical staff for their extra ordinary service for the humanity.....!!!

Today date ..24/09/2024 I had issues with hospital.... My sister admit in hospital today afternoon...but I came from for Surat at 9 evening but people not allowed me in... It's not good for us... It's very rude and bad hospital in gandevi town.. I never see like this hospital in my whole life and in Surat city..... In Surat city batter than your hospital.... But not like your hospital rule.. If I am requesting to in another hospital Thay can understand our situation but your hospital can't understand.... because your hospital don't how to great people..and as well all management people don't know how to run this...thank you I told my brother in law must next day come out from hospital....

1) Cleaning of hospital is superb. Even I visited many hospitals before admit my wife for her first pregnancy. 2) All staff Doctors/Nurse/other behaviour is so humble 3) The new building is well managed. Cleaning, Interior, facilities, washroom, bedsheets and others superb. 4) Specially thanks to Dr. Prince (Gynecologist). So genuine person, friendly, so much telented, always guide to best things regarding treatment, supportive. 5) Anytime need help of nurses for patients they are available 24x7 hours 6) Medical is available inside hospital so no need to go anywhere for medicine. 7) Snacks, Lunch, diner tiffin facilities available just we need to inform.

Awesome experience, each & every person helpful in the staff. my mother took treatment related to utres before 2 weeks there I found gynecologist Dr. Prince Patel He's really Good Doctor as well as very Good Human Being, Soceity always needs person like him, He is the real Star. Always Thank Full to Doctor's, Hospital staff as well as the trust who's thought of doing social service in this way. Thank You.

Excellent facilities as well continuously upgrading facilities. Minimal OPD fees, polite and cooperative staff. Very neat and clean facilities. Management is also cooperative and reaching out to patients for feedback so that services can be excelled. Affordable for poor patients.
