My 92 year old grandmother was admitted for pulmonary embolism at the hospital for 7 days. Dr Pujan Shah and his team in ICCU did a commendable job of saving her life and she has been undergoing rehabilitation under their care now. Also would like to thank the very professional and caring paramedical and nursing staff at the hospital.

I came here seeking cardiology assistance for my mother, and I must express my gratitude for the exceptional experience at Sharda Hospital. Having encountered various healthcare facilities, both private and government-owned, I refrain from criticizing any, but the outstanding support from the staff here compelled me to provide a 5-star rating and a positive review. The staff, including doctors, demonstrated unwavering support and dedication in the face of a challenging profession. Understanding the complexity of their roles, they managed numerous emotions, attended to a multitude of patients, and maintained consistent efforts. During emergencies, they promptly responded, delivering care and comfort to each patient. I extend heartfelt thanks to Sharda Hospital , Baroda heart institute and acknowledging not only the medical professionals but also the commendable contributions of administrative and auxiliary staff. My appreciation knows no bounds, and I salute the entire team for their exceptional service.

Reception staff are not at all professional. Upon calling for emergency booking for given time, they pick the call and do not talk. After time completion,they talk with you and doesn't answer properly. Mid talk they stop talking. Seriously, if doctor is good, they should really really work upon training their staff.

Went to hospital for an emergency purpose. There is no doctor to attend emergency staffs. Later they took me to other hospital saying that that too is our hospital. In that hospital there was an cardio doctor. I don't know whether he is qualified or not. He is making funny comments and laughing about my past reports. Eventhough I gave proper explanation about the past reports , he still continues to laugh. At last I made to wait for half hour for payment. They didn't accept credit card. Eventhough they says both the hospital are same they are urging to pay separately. For that I had been waited for half hour. At last I forgot for what purpose I went to that hospital and after coming out of the hospital I was fully frustrated. For anyone who is in serious condition please don't go to this hospital.

Third class reception staff, no manners at all, they don't know how to talk to patients and relatives.

Worst response from Reception i had ever experienced in my life. Everytime 3rd class response from reception people, no proper answers, putting your call on side purposely to not answer. they should improve this ASAP, otherwise whatever fame the doctor earned, will be down due to lack of management and customer satisfaction awareness..!!

Hospital is no doubt good but the general ward for heart patients who has been undergone angeoplasti is not as good as need for a heart patient , it is full of suffocation. There is no ventilation provided in room.
