SPANDAN Hospital & Critical Care Center

I was admitted to Spandan hospital recently. I have received only the best possible care from both the doctor and staff. All staff was very supportive and checked in regularly to all my needs and care to regain my health to the best of their abilities. However, being a foreigner and having some language barriers everyone made the best of the situation and still performed their duties with respect and professionalism. Great doctors, excellent staff.

1/5 - Extremely disappointing experience at Spandan Hospital. Despite claiming 24-hour service, doctors are rarely available even during the day. To make matters worse, treatment is usually provided by medical officers, which is concerning. The supporting staff is uneducated and unprofessional, making the experience even more frustrating. Additionally, the hospital's cleanliness is also a major issue. Overall, the service is subpar and not recommended. Avoid this hospital if possible.

As I have been a patient of kidney stone I found Dr. Ashwin best of all. My uncle also was on death bed due to kidney problems and Dr. Ashwin gave him life. Now being very genuine and honest here: But the management is very poor.As the availability of doctor is very rare and they never inform although they have given appointments. Not only doctors' time but patients' time is important as well, as we come there keeping our jobs aside which needs to be taken care. And both the receptionists have been very rude most of the time with people as I experienced personally and seen them talking rudely to elderly patient coming there and asking for availability of Dr. Because of mismanagement and behaviour of receptionists I would never suggest anyone visit Spandan hospital. (I have also visited Dr. Antala for my severe allergies and I was happy with that service too)

Skilled team of doctors, Excellent facilities, very friendly well behaved staff. My full family recovered from Corona very smoothly & very quickly under Dr. Ram Sir's guidance & treatment. Team provides complete satisfaction, confidence to the patient. Would recommend everyone. 10/10

I never thought that i shall come to normal life i a very shot span of time because of sever bleeding of blood for almost 5 days, however Sir Dr.Ram has taken a very special care and took his time to explain what exactly the issue is. At first i was much frightened after listening his words and the way he gave me hope took all my fear's away and i proceeded for further.This hospital took very good care of me and made a very scary event very comfortable. Staff had smiles for me at all times, which kept a smile on my face, i should really thank everyone from down the line because i haven't felt that i stayed in the hospital and really admire to say that this is the best best hospital to recover your disease very fast and quick, medicines will help man to cure disease but love and affection from down the line is also required to recover very fast than expecting where you can get this in this hospital. Ram sir i bow my head and tell you and your team is excellent in all the ways and you allowed me to stand on my own legs in no time. Thank you very much for you and your team for taking necessary care all thought out my stay in the hospital.

Feeling thugged here. My father got a bunch of medicines (@ 12 types of unnecessary medicines) after discharging on second day from hospital (even don't know why they didn't give discharge on first day evening - I suppose they were looting us by adding the unnecessary service charges, doctor vising charges and room charges). In addition, I noticed that they have added some unnecessary service charge which we didn't ask and took from them, after discussion at bill desk, they removed it. The staff was very helpful at the time of admission of my father but the same staff was not replying properly at the time of his discharge. Staff couldn't reply properly to my queries regarding the long list of prescribed medicines. Finally, my father has consulted his family doctor and he suggested to not to take those bunch of medicines as they are from some local manufacturers and are totally useless. Instead he gave him only 2 medicines and now he is healthy and fine. Now, u can think how SPANDAN - it's doctor and staff deceive patient and his family. I strongly suggest not to go to Spandan, instead go to some local old clinic where u don't feel get deceived and where doctors and medical staff don't play with lives of your dear ones by putting burden of unnecessary service charges and medicines.

My mother and wife both were suffered from Dangue fever , recovered easily and fast under Doctor Ashok Ram sir's observation. Good and caring staff, Best Doctor and his Guidance, One of the bestest Hospital of Jamnagar.

this is one of the best hospital in jamnagar i was admitted here for severe colitis best treatment given by dr. and all over expierence is very good. staff was also knowledgeable with excellent behavioir.
