The staff at this hospital is highly unprofessional. There is a complete lack of communication, and they do not provide proper answers to queries. One of the receptionists started gossiping and surfing through social media, abruptly ignoring me while I was in the middle of a conversation with her. She then began chatting with another receptionist while continuing to browse social media. We waited from 3 PM until 8 PM (the current time while writing this review) just for a minor surgery for an abscess. When we asked about our turn, the receptionist repeatedly told us for hours that they "didn't know anything." After asking 6-7 times, they finally told us to "go ask Sagar," apparently the doctor's assistant. When we inquired about Sagar's whereabouts, they again responded that they "didn't know." Positive Note: The doctor deserves 5 stars -- they were very patient, professional, and extremely helpful. Overall: The receptionists are extremely untrained and unprofessional, which seriously hampers the hospital experience.

I recently got my sister's kidney stone surgery done at Agastya Hospital by Dr. Hamir Rajatiya. Before the surgery, I had a phone conversation with Dr. Rajatiya, and he explained everything in a very simple and friendly manner, which immediately put us at ease. The surgery was successful and the overall experience was excellent. The hospital staff was polite and attentive, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and all the doctors had a very kind and helpful nature. One small suggestion: there is scope for improvement in the hospital's lift facility to make it more convenient for patients and their families. I truly appreciate the care provided by Dr. Rajatiya and the entire team. Highly recommend Agastya Hospital for anyone in need of reliable and compassionate treatment.

I recently visited Agastya Hospital in Junagadh and had mixed experiences. On the positive side, Dr. Jalu is extremely talented and professional. He goes above and beyond, providing instant guidance even in the middle of the night, which I truly appreciated. His dedication and expertise stand out. However, the overall experience at the hospital left much to be desired. The hospital claims to be a "Multi-Specialty" facility, but the infrastructure and staff don't reflect this standard. The premises are unfortunately infested with mosquitoes, which is a major concern for patient health. The staff, including nurses, appeared poorly trained and lacked the necessary qualifications. They were often busy gossiping, rather than providing the care patients needed. Additionally, there was a lack of politeness in their interactions, and no one seemed willing to take responsibility for issues, passing tasks off to others instead of addressing them directly. The patient admission room was subpar, and the hygiene was clearly not up to standard, especially in the toilets, which were quite unclean. Overall, the hospitality was disappointing and far below expectations. Dr. Jalu's medical skill is commendable, but the hospital's environment and staff need significant improvements. I hope they address these issues for the well-being of future patients.

There is an urgent need for basic facilities like cleanliness in the hospital. Since there are no slippers in the hospital toilets, the dirt on the feet has spread throughout the hospital. I appeal to the management to clean the hospital and especially put slippers in the toilets.

The work of this hospital is very good. The doctors and staff are all friendly and do excellent work.
