Best heart hospital Doctors support,the way of understanding of patients and treatment provide by hospital

My grandad has a bypass surgery in 2013 and now I'm gonna be 17 on April 2025 .

Worst Hospital i ever experienced, they just want your money . No transperancy to the patient's relatives , They don't show you what treatment or medication given to patient , Refused to show the case file ,Doctor refused to talk , Not ready to provide any information at any cost , refused for patient's discharge, vulgar behaviour by staff.

The hospital facilities are good and the behavior of the staff is good

Overall good experience. Need to work on patient's wait time. Staff and doctors are well qualified and good behaviour. Thanks

Very good hospital

I was admitted there for Angiography.. Very big name for heart disease.. But very unhygienic and dirty place.. Management don't care about cleanliness.. Washrooms were in very dirty condition.. Staff at reception is good but other staff and even ICU staff is arrogant and unsupportive.. Didn't behaved properly with patients.. Medical treatment may be good but not a good hospital overall..

Doctors and treatment is 10 out of 10 but staff is very very arrogant they treated the patient and their relatives like they are the cheep Beggars. i'm requested to the trustees to take strick action against admin lady who didn't have sence how to talk with someone they are literally insult the patients family / Relative . And specific the lady named Ms Krushna Joshi and another lady from admin team who is sitting in no 5 cabinet. both ladie's behaviour with patients family is very very ridiculous both are creating bad image of hospital so it's my humble request to the trustees to take immediate action accordingly and teach them manners how to treet with or talk with someone.
