I recently visited the Orthopedic section at Nirali Multi-Specialist Hospital in Navsari. While the hospital campus is vast and well-maintained, and the cleanliness is top-notch, my experience was marred by the behavior of the staff. The hospitality towards patients' relatives was disappointing. There were no facilities for patient relatives, not even a bed for them to rest. The staff were rude and lacked basic manners when interacting with relatives. In comparison, hospitals like Yashfine in Navsari show much better humanity and care towards patient relatives. For this reason, I can only give 2 stars. A good building and attractive facilities are not enough; humanity and respectful behavior are equally important. As well as food quality also very bad, no quality or quantity food serve here. No any proper facilities for rest of people, It's show that this hospital need only money not any other Things is important in their vision. Other OPD has kagda . Totally mismanagement in Post operating care. Untrained Paramedical staff. Only Orthopedic OPD AND OT run due to surgeons market Image and valuation. I had stay here for 6 days. Observe all things. I will recommended due to such things please visit other hospital rather than this.
