Every thing was good including staff but the cleaning of the hospital was very worst and we have to remove our slippers out side of the hospital and from that i am very disappointed and this thing is very annoying to me because in mumbai we have did not experienced this type of things which are in the hospital and i have to say that just change the rules and improve the cleanliness

Dr Deepak Chaudhary is one of the best doctor in palanpur banaskantha, knowledgeable doctor, my 4 family members are admitted during covid and all are recovered, one of my family was critical and now he is fully recovered. Thanks to Dr Vasrambhai he visited to patient many times, he is also knowledgeable doctor. Thanks to Vikrambhai Gadhvi for mediclam related support and coordination. All staff behavior and treatment is very awesome. Doctors nature are very cool they never angry on patients and always respect to patients queries, I would like to say thanks to Dr. Deepak Chaudhary and team to save my family members life. I highly recommend Dr. Deepak Chaudhary for treatment. Specially Thanks to Dr Vasram and Vikrambhai also.

I was admitted for covid treatment and I am fully satisfied with treatment, recovered after 5 days. Thanks to doctor Dr. Deepakbhai Chaudhary and his team for awesome treatment. Doctor nature and behavior is very good. Sometime we can't ask doctor our questions and think might doctor will angry but Doctor always gave respectfully answer. I feel ahmedabad level treatment in palanpur banaskantha. All staff is very helpful. Thanks to Dr. Vashrambhai and Vikrambhai for ICU care and mediclaim related support. I highly recommend Shugan heart hospital. I request to doctor and staff please maintain this type of service and treatment in future also. Over all awesome experience. Brother Babubhai also helped lots.

Called hospital to know if they do lungs checkup and report. But guy picked up and cut the call. So called again and without listening anything told me "na kari ale" means not gonna do it and cut the call. Very rude and has no manners. Highly doubted of these 5 star reviews about staff. If you can't get through receptionist then forget about the doctor. Choice of receptionist portrait the picture of doctor I guess.
