Their hospital Plexus MedCare is very unprofessional and guilty of medical negligence.
I went there with a relative whose angioplasty was performed by Dr. Dinesh Raj a few years ago. I called in the afternoon to specifically inquire when we could consult with Dr. Dinesh Raj. We were told that he would be available between 5 PM and 7 PM.
We arrived at 5 PM and categorically asked at the reception to consult with Dr. Dinesh Raj. The receptionist provided us with a consultation case. After a while, a very junior doctor asked basic questions and requested a few laboratory tests. We provided the test samples.
After all this, the hospital said that Dr. Dinesh Raj was not available, but a junior cardiologist would consult after receiving the test results. They could have informed us of this when giving us the consultation case. They lied about the doctor's availability and misled the patient about the availability of Dr. Dinesh Raj.
At this point, we had no choice but to agree. The reports took an excessively long time. When we received the test results, they again said that even the junior cardiologist was not in the hospital. Only an MBBS doctor was there. And the MBBS doctor was providing consultations for cardiac patients, including those with previous angioplasties.
They issued the case under the name of Dr. Dinesh Raj, but an MBBS doctor provided the consultation to the cardiac patient. Such a cardiac hospital with emergency and inpatient facilities did not have even a single cardiologist in the entire hospital.
In the end, we left without receiving any consultation.
