Rude, unprofessional staff. When I called for an appointment, the lady on the phone gave me a time in noon . I told her to write my name to which she replied no need for writing down name your turn will come immediately when you'll come in the noon. When I went there she said two hours of waiting time. Plus they've no sense of respect as to how to talk to people.
