had a wonderful experience at Kiran Hospital. The first thing that stood out to me was how spacious and clean the entire hospital is. Every area--from the corridors to the waiting section--is exceptionally well-maintained and comfortable. The nursing and support staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, which made a big difference in my overall experience. The doctors are calm, polite, and highly supportive, taking the time to explain things clearly and patiently. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene of the food area. The food quality is excellent and prepared in a very hygienic environment. Even the washing areas are kept clean and organized. The file charges are quite affordable, which is great. However, I found that the cost of medicines is quite high and may not be affordable for middle-class or poor families. Most of the prescribed medicines are only available within Kiran Hospital's pharmacy, and not at outside medical stores. I would like to suggest that if possible, the hospital could consider offering more discounts or reducing the prices of medicines to make them more accessible for everyone. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the hospital's facilities, staff, and the level of care provided. I highly recommend Kiran Hospital to anyone seeking quality medical services in a clean and supportive environment.

I took my mother and sister to Kiran Hospital, Surat for a full body check-up, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. It took us 2 full days for a basic health checkup. The hospital may look modern, but the management and coordination are very poor. There is no clear sequence for tests, and patients are left confused about where to go next. Staff assistance is minimal, and there is a lack of proper communication throughout the process. We had booked a basic health check-up, but it ended up taking more than 3-4 hours due to long and unnecessary waiting periods. Even for routine tests, there was no proper system to manage the patient flow. It felt disorganized and frustrating. After the tests, the general physician briefly reviewed the reports and missed to point out some irregularities in the liver function test. He never referred us to a specialist. It felt like we were left on our own to figure things out. For a hospital of this scale and reputation, the experience was underwhelming. I hope the hospital management takes feedback seriously and works on improving patient experience, especially for preventive health check-ups. Timely guidance, better staff support, and reduced waiting time can make a big difference. Not recommended unless these basic operational issues are addressed.

While I understand that certain administrative processes take time, this policy can be quite inconvenient for patients who travel from other cities for treatment and do not have any relatives or friends in the area. For such patients, waiting an additional day or arranging another visit just to collect reports is not always practical or affordable. It would be greatly appreciated if the hospital could consider providing an option for same-day report collection or at least offer a reliable method for sending reports electronically or via courier. Implementing a more patient-friendly solution would go a long way in supporting those who come from afar for care and have no local support system.
