Kasturba Hospital, Valsad

Since last Saturday, my father has been admitted to Kasturba Hospital in Valsad. I am thoroughly pleased and content with the facilities provided by Kasturba Hospital. I would like to extend my special gratitude to Dr. Ketul Rawal, who has been overseeing my father's treatment. Additionally, I appreciate the nursing staff (Thanks Vikshali, Shruti, Divya Sharmila) for their regular visits and daily check-ups. Their caring demeanor and humble attitude have particularly motivated me to provide a review and rating for this hospital. I would like to personally mention that the nurses affectionately refer to my father as 'Dada' and inquire about his meals, including what snacks, lunch, and dinner he consumes. Furthermore, I would like to express my perspective on hospital hygiene, which has significantly altered my opinion regarding it. Daily cleaning of floors, toilets, and the regular changing of bedsheets and patient clothing are essential practices. Moreover, the canteen at Kasturba Hospital maintains excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards, offering a variety of snacks, lunch, and dinner options tailored to the health needs of patients.

Kasturba is the first name in the healthcare service provider, that comes in the mind for the local people. The improvements bring in the recent time are really remarkable. The staff is familiar and the effort of administration is really notable. I would like to suggest if the time management and appointment system be improved so that people and doctors can save their valuable time.

I am truly grateful for the outstanding care I received at Kasturba Hospital. The cardiac team, led by the highly skilled Dr. Kapil Patel(Cardiac surgeon), Dr.Viral Tandel(Cardiologist )and Dr. Pathik Naik(Anesthesiologist) also their elite team provided me with top-tier treatment and unwavering support throughout my journey. Their expertise in advanced cardiac surgery is second to none. From diagnosis to post-surgery recovery, I felt completely confident in their hands. They explained every detail thoroughly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was both physically and emotionally prepared for the procedure. A special mention must be made of Dr. Hrishiraj Panwar, the Chief Administrative Officer of Kasturba Hospital, whose leadership ensures that the hospital operates at the highest standards of medical excellence and patient care. Usha Chaturvedi [room 9 deluxe] Staff is excellent and very cooperative, especially ladies staff and nurses. Hygiene 10/10. Doctors are sincere. Overall best hospital in the city. Suggestions: Please provide xxxl gowns for heavyset patients. Add ladies staff in Operation Theater.

Nurse not provided by Kasturba hospital to transfer patient to other hospital in Ambulance. Even though we were ready to pay the charges but declined. Money makers in the name of trust and don't care for patients. Reception staff behaviour very rude. Make you feel like you are begger.

Doctors and staff will be good at a time, Parking availability is good most important. But the main worst part is receptionist person, no availability, and if available is damn slow working process. I think it's highly important at a time in any emergency. They have to improve receptionist. This picture is my current situation, still not available. Worst Reception Service!
