I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Dr. Navin Agrawal. While I approached his clinic with trust due to his qualifications and reputation, the reality was very different. Here's what went wrong: Poor Quality of Treatment The treatment provided felt completely ineffective and unscientific. Instead of improving the patient's condition, it seemed to worsen over time due to careless and rushed procedures. Lack of Personal Attention Dr. Agrawal barely listened to the concerns or explained the diagnosis properly. It felt like the focus was more on finishing quickly than on actually helping the patient. Unprofessional Behavior by Staff The supporting staff was rude, disorganized, and poorly trained. There was no proper communication or patient care, making the visit stressful and chaotic. Unsafe or Unhygienic Environment The clinic setup did not feel clean or well-maintained, which is unacceptable in a place where serious health procedures are being done. Overpriced for the Quality Provided Despite being costly, the quality of service was substandard. For the amount charged, the care and time expected were simply not provided. Final Thoughts: I regret choosing Dr Navin Agrawal. Healthcare is about trust, care, and professionalism -- sadly, all were missing in my experience. I do not recommend Dr. Navin Agrawal to anyone seeking responsible and compassionate cardiac treatment.

We cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care my father received at Agrwal clinic. From the movement we arrived ,the staff was warm,humble and incredibly attentive.The doctor were highly skilled, taking the time to explain every detail with patience and clarity. Agrwal clinic truly prioritizes patience care and I highly recommend to everyone. Truly a place where patients come first.

This hospital just doesn't value people's time. For them it's their job to be here for the day, whereas patients have taken time from their jobs to come and get the treatment. I had my appointment with Dr. Ashish Gusani for 2:30 PM and it's 5:15 and still haven't seen the doctor. When asked by when can I meet the doctor, I got a response saying he is in a meeting and staff has no clue by when would the meeting get over or by when can we meet the doctor. Worst experience ever, if they are busy please don't give appointments, but if you do please value people's time
