Recently I have visited this Heart Centre it's quiet popular. The Doctors are very skillful and the echo staff is very polite and good but it took a lot of time for a single patient to have their echo done and the TMT staff is quiet disrespect to elder patients. I request the administrator to take this matter seriously and ensure that your staff are held accountable. Basic communication skills, empathy, and patient respect must be non-negotiable qualities in any medical institution. I hope to see improvement in staff behaviour and patient care going forward. Please treat this matter with the seriousness and urgency it deserves.
