From the onboarding to discharge it was a smooth sailing. We were impressed with the efficiency of the registration process and the overall organization of the hospital. Felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout our time here.
The nursing staff was excellent, very attentive and caring throughout our stay.
The hospital was clean and well maintained, creating a positive environment.
But the most important thing - the doctors. A great shout out goes to Dr Sabita ,Dr Sweety , Dr Gagandeep, Dr Komal and all the supporting staff .

We admitted my mother in an emergency. The doctors already knew that her chances of survival were very low. We had clearly told them that if there was no hope, they should inform us so we could take her home, as it was her wish to spend her final moments there.
However, the doctors kept insisting on multiple CT scans and MRIs, assuring us that she would recover and that it would just take some time. Later, they handed us a bill of 2.5 lakh.
They never explained her condition to us properly, and the staff's behavior turned aggressive. Among them, one doctor, Dr. Anand Naveen Thakur, was truly kind and supportive.
