I had a generally positive experience at the hospital. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff is professional, and the doctors are knowledgeable and supportive. Overall, the care provided was good, and I felt well looked after. However, there were times when the services were delayed, which caused some inconvenience. Improving the timeliness would make the experience even better. Still, I appreciate the efforts of the entire team and would recommend this hospital to others.

Experience with dr ravinder kaur is good but the time management or the time give to the patient while in opd is too bad as patients are wait for more then 3 hours being present at the time given for opd. After coming in opd dr are busy with other things like with other staff or shooting films while patients keep waiting and waiting and this is normal criteria for waiting as when we book appointment on call then they asked us to present at 11am but this is my third time while I am waiting till 2pm and dr is still busy with shooting film and did not attended a single patient yet.

Soo bad work ethics and staff. This is deluxe room. I waited in room for 7 hrs. Coz the internet in hospital was not working and they couldn't send the bill to tpa. And I asked for the total details of the bill, they just gave me one invoice kind of a paper that has only the total amount not breakup. Bad sanitation in rooms, smelly and dirty blankets with hairs of other patient. Long long NO TO GET TREATED HERE. Go to max hospital they are very good .

I would have given zero rating. The doctors don't know which treatment to carry out. Can't explain the complete story here. Pls beware and don't visit this hospital. Also their medicines are different from regular hospital prescriptions. Go to some specialized institute only! - Staff very less as compared to do doctors - patient footfall is high and unmanageable at peak OPD hours - less queue system inside - experienced doctors are here but staff is very less - Rooms always have filthy smells coz of drainage / ventilation issues - Direct list of accessible numbers should be there in private rooms - sound proofing for doors, as at night outside sound the patient might not able to sleep

Excellent hospitality and highly supportive staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. The overall experience was very positive and reassuring. We truly appreciate the care provided and would definitely recommend this hospital to others seeking quality treatment and compassionate service. Thank you to the entire team!

Worst experience and worst doctor (Dr. Neeraj Dhar, Gastroenterologist). Unprofessional and unethical behaviour of doctors. Please do not go to this hospital and specially do not consult this doctor. Refer to my feedback form and attached complaint submitted to management by me, regarding issues faced.

My mother hernia surgery was done at Metro hospital by Dr Vijender. He is very skilled and made me feel at ease from the start. He explained the procedure thoroughly and the surgery went smoothly. I highly recommend Dr Vijender for anyone seeking expert hernia treatment
