My name is Arthur king Timbaganya from Kampala Uganda. Iam the biological father to baby Nissi Keihangura ten (10) month old who underwent a successfull paediatric cardiology treatment and surgery at Artemis Hospital India between 14 June 2024 to 23 July 2024. In January 2024 at a national hospital in Uganda, Baby Nissi's ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY showed that she had a tetralogy of fallot with small PFO hypoplastic RVOTO and severe vulvar pulmonary stenosis. On consultation from Artemis specialised hospital the patient needed further evaluation, ECG, ECHO and finally a complete repair surgery. While at the hospital, Nissi was diagnosed with other severe conditions and infections in her kidney lungs and ear drum. However, three weeks after the heart surgery Nissi now looks a normal healthy baby offering us a deep smile as parents. I thank Dr Aseem R Srivastava' the Head of the Division of Pediatric Cardiology Hospital and his team for conducting a successfull surgery on Nissi. I thank Artemis hospital management for the professional and effective medical care services and consultations, the hospital Patient dietician, efficient medical services and medicine, the guest house and transport services and a language translator for us foreigners. I further appreciate Artemis hospital management for allowing to carry a cardiology operation on baby Nissi Keihangura. I thank my wife Natharine Andinda (attendant) for the sleepless nights and sorrowful days during this emotional and trying period. I thank the strategic leadership of Uganda and my employers Uganda Peoples Defense Force for ensuring expertise health care to our citizens and for fully sponsoring and ensuring redemption of my child's health since she was diagnosed with the heart defect. I thank the government of India through India Embassy in Uganda for giving us medical visas to access treatment at Artemis hospital. I further appreciate the love and care rendered tos us by people of India during the period we stayed with them. Special praise go to baby Nissi for her resilience towards her recovery as she struggled to follow doctors medical prescriptions in ICU, theatre to-date. To God the almighty, I have faith in you, thanks for the favour on baby Nissi. James 5:14-15 "Is anyone among you sick? However foods in hospital were much spices like we used to it in Africa especially Malawian were getting thought to take your foods. We African likes little spices spicy. I think others will not be forced to take your foods instead giving choice the patient to choose likes will be nice. . finally we hope of visiting India again. Ist I went to rishikesh we suffer their 8 months there then go to pant hospital Delhi Their we suffer 5 months then we come in artemis hospital here we get treatment for my child , we wait till 2 years for treatment but in artemis , very good cardiac surgeon special for heart children very good care in paediatric ICU, special thanks for Dr Aseem he operated my child and save my child. We went to Artemis Hospital from Myanmar. To treat heart disease. We met with the doctor. The doctor is good explanation. This doctor is very friendly. Although the language is different, the kindness of the doctor can be felt through the smile. In addition to being responsible for the patient, he inherited his dedication. When we saw him,we felt that the operation would be successful. After heart surgery, the wound healed quickly. The pain eased and the he baby was able to eat a lot and can play. After his treatment, he is still contact from abroad and took care of the situation until well recovered. Thank you doctor.
