This is about 7 Years to pass when Dr Sandhu was in Artemis Hospitals. There was a health check up of my father planned at the hospital. He was at eco machine where he was feeling unwell. The hospital sent him an emergency and told me that this was heart attack. They suggested me for injiography. Same was performed
There was no block found. Doctors suggest that there is poor pumping of heart hence he will be requiring ICD device.
As per their suggestions we went for ICD implantation which costs about 6.5 L.
Within one year of time there was an infection that occurred. We need to get that ICD out for which we paid almost 2.5 L.
The procedure or ICD implant was too painful and removal of that implant was more painful which can be write. That is the feeling of my father. My father never cries but Doctor Sandhu did this.
My father was unwell till there was any consultation from the doctor. He has left all the medicines now and he is much better.
People at my place used to say that , this operation was just for pulling money. At that time I was feeling bad and ask them why are the hurting me by saying this.
Now I feel that , they were Right.
How can a retired military doctor be so cruel.
I strongly recommend people not to go with this doctor. Suggested reasons:
1: he will rarely meet with patients. Most of the time his team doctor will come for consultation
2. He is incompetent to diagnose and suggest the right procedure
3. He is money minded and he doesn't care for your health.
This is all I am writing now because this is a time when I feel I don't require any consultation. Earlier I was worried about my father's health.
I, Amrit Singh Sharma, underwent angioplasty in 2012 at Artemis Hospital under the expert care of Dr. M.S. Sandhu, a renowned cardiology specialist. A stent was placed in the LAD artery, and since then, until early 2025, I never experienced any chest-related issues thanks to regular medication and follow-ups under his guidance.
However, in January 2025, I began experiencing shortness of breath. Upon researching and finding Dr. Sandhu now practicing at Fortis Hospital as Principal Director - Cardiology, I booked an appointment. After conducting various tests and reviewing my condition, he advised me to repeat an angiography, suspecting possible blockage. Thankfully, the angiography at Fortis revealed no new blockage, and the 2012 stent was intact and in excellent condition.
I am extremely thankful to Dr. M.S. Sandhu for his accurate diagnosis, excellent consultation, and for providing a high-quality stent back in 2012. For my current symptoms, Dr. Sandhu has advised me to consult a chest specialist, and my treatment continues at Fortis Hospital.
Highly recommend Dr. Sandhu for his honest, professional, and thorough cardiac care.
Dr. Sandhu is one of the well learned Cardiologists I have met so far. When you meet him, you will find him professional, polite and very soft spoken person. I went to him through a friend's reference a month and half back. He guides his patients so well and will recommend you about surgery or stent only when it is actually required. My experience with him was very much satisfying and can recommend his name if someone is looking out for an unbiased consultation.
My name is Gagandeep Singh. I approached dr Manjinder sandhu of fortis gurgaon for my fathers treatment of heart artery blockage and cabg enquiry. Though the tests were conducted by fortis and recommended by all doctors, he followed the same path. Unfortunately and sillyness of dr sandhu, i lot my father. He knows about the low heart pump rate issue (LVEF - 25%) and sugar problem he has, still he practised stenting and ballooning which results a loss i bear know.
If yiu know the history and you are practising in good hospital, also being a army alumni, you should follow the traditional methods and tests, advises given by previous doctor.
Everyone, think before you visit and invest anyones life as the doctor is super over confident and immature in nature i would quote him.
Note: anyone can contact me for proofs i have.
"I had an amazing experience with him. His advice and treatment are truly world-class. His lenity and expertise make him not just a great doctor, but above all, a remarkable human being."
We feel so lucky and fortunate to openly say that atleast we found a very Competent Cardiologist and Cardio Surgeon who is so dedicated and honest to his profession doing full justice to his patients. Money has never been a consideration for him. He has always been for a treatment that is best suited to the patient. May God bless him and may he continue to serve this noble cause. May he prosper in his profession.
I had great experience with Dr. Sandhu. My husband was very restless and we went for angiography. Immediately Dr. suggested for three stents. We got it done and weare still in touch with the doctor. He is very warm and cordial. God bless him
