The staff is very bad, no manners to talk to patient and women. Too much arrogance, only running after money. The staff threatens the patient. The respected doctor should read the comment and change staff. Human rights people should take action against such organisation.

Dr prbhat sir is one of the best doctor every met in life. So gentle, down to earth and polite human being. In terms of of diagnosis of diseases 1000 percent best as it should be done because patient gets relief in few days only after diagnosed. Was seeing reviews of other patients as well and every one has a problem with reception staff not from dr sir...There are many people who come with lame excuses and those who have genuine problems also suffer due to them... For me staff was also good specially shilpa ji she send patients according to the queue... thus, best clinic.

Dr.Prabhat goel is best physician in town and his investigative nature to find root cause and then prescribe medicine. He in never in hurry and satisfies his patient completely. We are getting his treatment since last more than 25 years and my wife is alive due to his treatment. Thanks Doctor .

I took one of my friend there with his family as they wanted to go there only, but Worst experience, patient was critical and still they have not given a thought and asked for wait, patients was on the floor there, but the staff not shows any concern, even after so many requests. What a doctor and staff, working for money only.. pathetic, disgusting..so if you are not dying and have lots of time, plz visit to increase your suffering..

one of the finest physician in Gurgaon, visiting him from past 20 years and till date haven't found a better and versatile doctor then him who have ample knowledge of overall body and not limited to just single department. To all the people who are visiting him in emergency: Emergencies are mentioned to be addressed in hospitals and not in single consultant clinics. consultant physicians looks at a patient for regular treatments and not emergencies even if you take an appointment they will refer you to a hospital. For people trying for appointment on app and not getting one, the doctor is most impartial doctor as he don't even give preference to family members for appointments which is why there is an honest system of taking appointment online. why you don't get one is that almost 1000+ people are trying to get appointment every single day so as soon as line opens with in 2 seconds the queue gets full. whenever we want to take appointment we try from 4-5 phones so that the probability is high. Those who think his charges are high they must not be aware of that doctors of his calibre are all directors in top hospitals of gurgaon and their consulting charges are 2000+, also they recharge their fee even if you are visiting within 2 days however dr prabhat doesn't charge you any single penny for next 10-15 days. Staff at the reception isn't rude, but they also experience all type of cribbing and shouting all day long so they also gets frustrated.

Experience of booking appointment at the reception is like more than pathetic. I have tried multiple times being nearest available physician in the vicinity basis the recommendations but all efforts went in vein. There are better options available please use them.
