My Bypass Heart Surgery was done on 13 Jan. Successfully by Dr.Rachit Saxena and I was discharged from Hospital on 18 Jan.2025.( After Started Walking in Hospital without Any Support)
During my Stay in Hospital for 7 days , I found All the Doctors, Nurses, Supporting Staff Very Helpful / Supportive and Caring . Nurses were Looking after me as well as other Patients as their Own Family Members .
Doctors were Continuously Explaining the Treatment being given and taking Care of Any Pain / problem being faced.
Supportive Staff was also Very Courteous and polite .
Even during Night Time Hospital Team / Nurses / Supportive Staff were working with full alertness. Doctors were keeping Continous watch on Patients in ICU.
My Overall Experience of Getting Bypass Surgery in Narayana Super Speciality Hospital - Gurgaon is Very Satisfactory and found Dr. Rachit Saxena an Excellent Doctor with Lot of Confidence / Experience.
