Came here for wife's ankle surgery. Stayed for one day. Dr. Karan from ortho was patient and very helpful. Service was good too. Nurses were kind and friendly. Fnb department, food and quality was also good. Special shout out to Abu Supian who took great care in regards to our food needs. Good experience overall.

Dr. Sunil Kumar Wadhwa is a highly skilled and experienced doctor who truly cares for his patients. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wadhwa--he listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent treatment. His professionalism and kindness made my experience stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality healthcare. Apart from the doctor and treatment, I would also like to appreciate their relationship manager Ms. Shilpi. She was extremely kind and cooperative with the patients. When I arrived at the hospital in emergency. she was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions patiently despite the pressure of the situation. I want to rate max Gurgaon's as worst hospital I have ever seen. They are pretty irresponsible and careless. And it's not staff but the doctors also available there. I went for a gall bladder surgery with a lab report which was not even credible but doctor did not care about checking my issue by ultrasound and ct scan rather suggested directly for surgery. They believed on incredible report. They wanted to achieve their target of surgery. When I went for admission the coordinator who was assigned to me was missing and the admission staff did not had room and bed to admit me. They wanted me to go to OT directly. My mom was accompanying me whom they suggested to sit in lobby area with all luggage I carried their and they directly want to operate me without doing any full investigation. I was deeply frustrated so I decided not to treatment there and returned back home. My advise is to check and think twice before planning any treatment in Max hospital Gurgaon. Although I would say nearly all big hospitals in Gurgaon are similar in behaviour to what Max hospital Gurgaon is as no one cared to investigate my condition before operating me. So be careful.

We had good experience while we stayed at Max Hospital Gurgaon. Staff and services were good and prompt. Food quality was good as well for both patient and attendant. Mr Supian provided good kitchen services.

My wife recently underwent surgery, and we are deeply grateful for the exceptional care provided by the medical team and hospital staff. A special mention to Mr. Abu Sufiyan from the F&B Department for his outstanding support and service.
