Brothers Bypass surgery, Overall the experience was good. It's my 2nd experience as we also had Bypass surgery in 2016 of my Father's. Good Facility, neat and clean.

BEWARE. Worst experience. My relative has been in emergency for more than a week, patient is almost being discharged now. Beware of the services here. No doctor will talk to you, those who talk wont know the complete status, you are only and only dependent on nurses and junior doctors. Main doctor that you have ads for or want to meet or consult with WILL NOT appear infront of you or patient ever. I doubt they are even in india or not. Staff will not tell you the whole picture. Security guards will misbehave with you. Services are worst that I ever came across. Seriously rethink your decision to come here. We as a family are so so frustrated we cant express fully.

My mother had been to Medanta for an Angioplasty review. We were worried at the time of diagnosis but no unnecessary tests and procedures. The environment is hygienic that helps too. The team supervising her check-up was educated & helpful. I think I was expecting them to have high quality service and got just that.

Have worst staff possible.. patient is crying from pain from 4pm they call dr at 8pm thn after crying , requesting and yelling at 11:30 they said we don't hv medicine.. In 2 days I can say I hv experienced hell.. firstly bcoz of my prblm and importantly bcoz of nursing staff of Medanta...
