See what I would say after almost getting nearly 10 + scans done at this clinic ,
Ive noticed that they are giving selective discounts to people that is based if there is a relationship with the receptionist or not , when I entered the clinic I was at reception and he was casually talking and saying I will get 10 percent discount to you to one of his known ones , when I said Im a returining customer , am I eligible for the discount he said no , not at all then when I asked he started smiling and made an excuse at spot that ohh she is 95+ so discount , i could clearly see the expression on his face.
Similarly when ive visited before ive heard many times selective discount being given ,
Also when trying to inquire they become very very impolite.
Doctor is definitely good but this culture has made a bad impression.

If you're in Gurgaon, definitely go to Dr. Dhruv for ultrasound scans. We only met him for the last two scans of our pregnancy, but he was great. Went for a simple toe X ray but was sent back as I did not have the prescription. I told them they can see what the problem is ans to do it, the technician didn't even come out to talk. Also charges are pretty steep. They said 600 for 1 view of Xray and I was ready to pay for 2 also if need be, but they did not entertain without prescription. Went to another lab and got 2 views Xray done for a total of Rs. 500!
