I'd like to share a concerning experience I had at your medical store during my mother's treatment. While Dr. Atul Garg is an excellent doctor, the behavior of the medical store staff has been highly disappointing. When my mother, who had fractures in L1 and L2, was prescribed a belt, the store provided the wrong size. Given her condition, we couldn't verify the size immediately. When I later returned to exchange it, the staff refused, stating that returns were not allowed, even though the item was unused and unsuitable. This incident highlights a lack of empathy and customer care, especially for patients already in distress. Practices such as selling items at MRP without flexibility, not allowing returns for unused products, and focusing solely on profit are deeply unethical and inconsiderate in a medical context. I left the unusable belt at the store, but I hope this feedback encourages a review of your policies and a more humane approach toward patients.

Not a overall good experience they are not giving bills for any payment of test pharmacy or anything doctor behaviour is not overall good only writting test and medicine on report not asking anything from patient their pharmacy is charged over than mrp valuve on medicine please take care about it

Staff behaviour is very rude including their Doctor ( Shweta Garg), They even refused to do an ultrasound test which was written by their own hospital Doctor.

Doctors for almost all types of common diseases are available in the hospital. Along with this, there is a facility of medical store in the hospital

Dr. Atul Garg perfomed knee replacement surgery of my wife (Manjeet devi from Jhajjar). My wife is fully satisfied from him. Service provided by the hospital is very good , staff is very cooperative. Dr. Atul Garg is very good and knowledgeable doctor, staff is very suffortive. I am strongly recommend this hospital...

Behavior of staff is very bad they treat patients like animals. I think we made the biggest mistake to choose this hospital for baby delivery. We will never suggest this hospital to anyone
