here i got to know about dr. charanjeet kaur she is the best doc in town very sweet down to earth she helped me alot in concieving n was successful helped me in my pregnancy phase amd also is very supportive.. while dr nidhi sadana delievered my baby ans is also the sweetest of doctors i have met .. at the end only want to thank both the doctors and the staff as well for such support and gesture

Doctor behaviour was nice but patient discharge process is very lengthy when someone has to get approvals from Health Insurer. And the maintenance department needs to improve their response time. But overall service is nice.

We recently had a very positive experience at Amrit Dhara Hospital, Karnal, where my 11-year-old son underwent Adenoids surgery due to long-standing breathing issues. Dr. Gourav Bambha is not only an expert in his field but also an incredibly humble and kind human being. He personally guided us through every step of the process with genuine concern and clarity. We were also assisted by Dr. Arshi and Dr. Inderjeet, both of whom were extremely supportive, approachable, and caring throughout the treatment. Their warmth and dedication made a difficult time much easier for our family. The hospital itself is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and has a strong infrastructure that reflects their commitment to quality healthcare. Based on our experience, I highly recommend Amrit Dhara Hospital. In fact, a few of our relatives from other states have already started coming here for their treatments after hearing about our experience. A heartfelt thanks to the entire team, especially Mr. Sahil and Mr. Aamir the two nurses who were extremely polite and took utmost care of our son with all the love and affection.

Doctors and nursing staff are very good and supportive but other staff specially billing department is one of the worse I have seen so far, very rude. They don't provide proper paperwork and on asking they don't co-operate. Earlier it was the best hospital due to overall experience (I have been coming here since last 5 years) but now I will consider other hospitals for me and my family. They promised actions after my review, I sent them email twice but as expected no response from last 3-4 days.

Staff and doctor behaviour was so polite,calm and Good. 3.But the hygiene in the emergency ward was not so good enough because of lots of mosquitoes were there and we were very Disappointed for thus, either someone coming for the treatment here and take back a disease from there . 4.I think its a very big lapse as per patient care point of view. 5. So I kindly request to you kindly look into this matter and take necessary action for this. 6. This is the Karnal best hospital for the patient care treatments, so I kindly request to you maintain the decorum as on this level, the patient deserves the best in Karnal. It is also good for your hospital reputation.
