The hospital is well-maintained, clean, and hygienic. From the reception area to the patient wards, everything was organized and thoughtfully laid out. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable, with adequate seating and proper ventilation. The medical equipment appeared to be modern and well-kept, reflecting the hospital's commitment to quality care. The diagnostic services were efficient, and test results were made available quickly. The staff was courteous and cooperative, ensuring a smooth process throughout. My wife had a wonderful experience at Matrika Hospital where she delivered our baby. The hospital staff, particularly the nursing staff, were extremely caring and supportive. They provided my family and wife with excellent care and guidance throughout our stay. The hospital's facilities are top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms, good food, and excellent medical care. The staff also provided us with valuable guidance on baby care after delivery. A special thank you to Dr. Manisha Yadav, our gynaecologist, for her exceptional care and expertise throughout my wife's pregnancy and delivery. Matrika Hospital is a place of hope, patience, and kindness. The team here treats their patients like family, making every visit a comforting experience. When I came here, I was anxious and distressed, but Dr.Manisha Ma'am's unwavering positivity and dedication kept us motivated. We started consulting with Dr. Manisha Yadav in May 2025 after hearing great feedback from our friends about her expertise in Gynecologist.Due to certain complexities in the normal delivery process, Dr. Manisha mam recommended a C-section for us during our 37th week. On May 09, 2025, we were blessed with a beautiful baby girl through a C-section delivery under the guidance of Dr. Manisha mam. Throughout the delivery process, Manisha Ma'am's patience, compassion, and expertise was commendable, for which words cannot adequately convey my gratitude. Thus I always feel my baby is in safe hands The entire staff deserves immense respect and appreciation for their heart felt care. Thank you so much Matrika team.

This hospital is truly disappointing. The overall experience feels third-class, especially due to the rude and uncooperative operation staff. They clearly lack basic communication skills and professionalism in handling patients or their families. It's shocking how poorly trained they seem, with little to no knowledge of patient care or customer service. Strongly advise others to consider alternative hospitals where respect and proper care are actually prioritized.

This is a fraud hospital, and charging un ethical amount after treatment, the hospital management mindset to gain unauthorised benefits from healthcare system. One of my colleague taken treatment in year 2019 from this hospital and cleared his all dues after discharge, but hospital management harassing him to re pay the amount which he has already paid that time. And hospital executed court case in 2025 for forced recovery of already paid amount. This really embarrassing for our society.

Very bad hospital. No cleaning no hygiene. Staff is very unprofessional and non cooperative. Pediatric Dr is totally unprofessional and she is only practicing here just because of her relation with Hospital director Facilities below to govt hospitals but prices are like Delhi NCR. Only looting, don't waste your hard earned money.

Matrika hospital is really a trustworthy place for your health, I have been there with my wife and felt the difference here, the Lady doctor is so polite and has a very good knowledge. Totally satisfied with the treatment given by the doctor here. One thing bad here is bad condition of toilets here. Strongly recommend.
