I recently consulted Dr. Pawan for my mother's diabetes. Unlike most, he laid a great emphasis on lifestyle modifications. Also reduced the number of tablets, counsel led patiently. Polite and patient doctor with adequate knowledge.

I recently had a positive experience at City heart clinic. The staff is cooperative and well behaved. Dr Pawan Goyal has a vast experience and is very knowledgeable. Quality of care is excellent.

Staff behaviour specially receptionist is very rude and arrogant they don't value the time of the patient I visited this doctor on 21 of April 2022 all the doctors in other clinic come either by 9.30 or 10 but here we are told that the doctor we come by 11.30 but when I ask at 11.40 why the doctor has not come she said I don't know all the time when I ask infact at last she said you call if you are in hurry I will not call him. At 12 when doctor come then one more thing happen now doctor was exchange in meeting earlier patients, some of his known, medical representatives and off course the similar patient who have started now paying additional fees/charge as emergency the regular patient have to wait for more than 5 hours really so disappointed the management of this hospital is at stake along with that there is no decoram and discipline in the hospital in fact the tone of the staff members were very harass and when I complain all this to the doctor he replied very rudely and arrogantly like "mujhe kanoon mat sikha" dwai leni ho to lo vrna jao. He was such an irresponsible and insensitive person which I have ever met. Who don't even care of dignity and responsibility of this nobel profession.

Id u come once You won't come again because of ill conditions of hospital and its staff. Improperly organised. Need to be avoided.

Proper tests and screening of patient's issue and health problems not be taken care properly. They must need a qualified staff and doctors.

Staff behaviour is rude . Not cooperative at all. Worthless and expensive remedies.

There is no proper way the see the patients. Patients wait alot for their time . No proper timing for OPD

Most Experienced, very cooperative, Excellent staff, Down to earth, Best doctor in all respects
