Very bad experience, vary bad behaviour of supporting staff, and the staff don't know which is 1st floor and ground floor. please give training which called ff and gf.

Slip charge 100, ECG-250, blood test-400, medicine -250, my suggestion test expensive, but I don't other hospital testing rate,

Thanks to Dr Gagan Jain, he has been very helpful. There was a complicated case in my family and he gave us a very clear picture about how to go and what's the best for my grandmother's surgery. Very satisfied

My father-in law(covid+ve) was admitted in ICU for 28 days...he didn't recovered but died. Here, doctors are fine(Dr Gagan is good and cooperative)..they follow regular covid protocol medicines. Hygiene is okish..staffs are okish,they just do their duties (no extra effort to make the patient feel comfortable). Remidicivir was given to my father after 3 weeks of admission which should ideally be given in the 1st or 2nd week(they refused initially when we asked). Every time your patient passes stools or urinates, they call the patient's attendent to clean/help clean(even for covid patient). They will call u everyday for money(50,000/day for ICU+MEDI extra+Lab test extra). The services provided are not worth this money. Night services specially is very poor-my father complaint this many times. I have shared my experience in short.

Thanks to Dr Gagan for hernia surgery of my cousin's brother. He took care of each and everything. The staff was also very helpful.

Very irrespective and irresponsible staff careless about the patient. Laboratory work very poor, agar report ready ho to use patient ko handover karne mai do din lag jate hai tab tak patient suspens mai hi mar jaye.

My daughter in law was admitted here and she got excellent treatment

I had a good experience at Gagan Hospital Behaviour is decent and facilities are excellent.
