Unprofessional and disrespectful staff.
If your team is going to show attitude to patients, you better be prepared to receive a response. What's unacceptable is staff speaking rudely first, then acting offended or defensive when the patient replies back. Respect works both ways. This isn't how a pharmacy--especially one that deals with people's health--should operate. If you can't handle being spoken to the way you speak to others, maybe customer service isn't the right place for you. Extremely disappointed and won't be returning.
