Good facility with caring and knowledgeable staff. Slightly on the expensive side, but the quality of care reflects it.
No discounts on medicines.
Food can be ordered for the patient.
The premises are clean, with ample parking available.
The checkout process was a bit slow because the attendant had to go up and down several times to finish all the clearances. Also, they only accept cash for payment, so make sure to carry enough. It would be great if this could be made smoother.
The worst experience
Doctors are seen coming off and on and they are least concerned and least worried about the health of the patients .
They have no fixed time to come .
Patients are attended by kids I must say.
The family members go on waiting for doctors to come and tell them about the condition of the patient.
The other staff attending the patient is never in a mood to reply what ever is asked .
Better to go to some government hospital rather than being looted here unnecessarily .
Its my humble request to the owner of this hospital to look into the matter personally to make necessary improvements so that the people of our city may feel secure and safe and comfortable here and never hesitate to come to u for treatment.... Minor or major

The front desk staff is extremely polite and helpful. I especially want to mention Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, who handled everything with great responsibility and care during my wife's admission. Her calm and respectful attitude really made us feel comfortable. Excellent service!
This hospital is the most overpriced and non-transparent hospital. I have faced a financial crisis due to their negligence. They charged us a lot of money and also used abusive language & didn't provide us the bill. They are saving their tax and making their cash surplus. The madam at the billing section is demanding payment as cash mode. If you want to save your family don't come to this hospital instead go to GMC for better treatment.
My "Heartfelt thanks to Ankur Matrika Hospital, Jammu, for providing exceptional healthcare services to my mother during her admission in hospital. My special appreciation to Dr. Rahul Sudan, Gastroenterologist, for his expert care and treatment which has given us the right treatment, advice and providing his professional advice beyond duty hours wherever i reached him on phone & his perso. Moreover in one occasion, he performed endoscopy of my mother at 2200 hrs while showing me the issues my mother was facing and reason for performing the test at that late hours so that early diagnosis of the issue can be identified. Dr. Pathania's guidance and advice were also invaluable.
We're grateful for the dedication and professionalism displayed by the entire team. It's remarkable to experience such high-quality care in a small town like Jammu.
Thank you again for your compassion, expertise, and commitment to patient well-being."
Feel free to modify it according to your preference!
The hospital has good facilities and experienced doctors, which is commendable. However, the supporting staff leaves much to be desired in terms of professionalism. It feels like they are still operating with an outdated SBI-style work culture. For instance, when you ring the bell, no one responds--you have to repeatedly remind them in person. While a few staff members were helpful and professional, the majority were not.
On the day of discharge, I requested it around 9:30 AM. The doctor approved the discharge at 10 AM, but despite that, I had to personally go desk to desk to ensure the file moved forward. From 10 AM to 1:30 PM, all I heard was "Sir, just 5 minutes," until I stood there to get things done.
This hospital may be a good option for OPD consultations, but for inpatient services, they need to work seriously on improving staff responsiveness and overall professionalism. Also, a note for night care: on the third floor, the staff seemed to go into "sleep mode," and it was difficult to find anyone to attend to patients during the night.
Very very poor dealing
Look at the professionalism of this hospital. My wife's ECG was done with MALE's parameters. Her bill for payment was given with someone else's name.
Such poor management of a petty concern speaks volumes about the poor healthcare initiative at ANKUR MAITRIKA JAMMU.
God save the patients.
I must say that one of the finest clinical services i received in this hospital the staff really took great care of their patients this show that they are highly professional.i must recommend this hospital to all who are looking best clinical services in jammu.
