I recently had the opportunity to visit the Super Speciality Hospital in Jammu, and I would like to share my personal review of the facility. While the infrastructure from both inside and outside the hospital left much to be desired, the hospital impressed me with its excellent equipment and other facilities. The medical staff, including the doctors and nurses, were attentive and provided quality care. However, the overall ambiance of the hospital was only average. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that the hospital accepts the Ayushman card issued by the Prime Minister, which is a definite plus point. Now, let's delve into the details. Starting with the infrastructure, both the exterior and interior of the Super Speciality Hospital in Jammu did not meet my expectations. The external appearance of the hospital lacked aesthetic appeal, and the surrounding landscaping was minimal. Inside the hospital, the corridors felt narrow and outdated. The overall infrastructure gave the impression of being in need of renovation and modernization. Despite the underwhelming infrastructure, the hospital's equipment and facilities were top-notch. The hospital boasted advanced medical equipment and technology, which is crucial for providing accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. The presence of state-of-the-art equipment instilled confidence in the quality of care provided at the hospital. Additionally, the availability of various facilities, such as well-equipped examination rooms, diagnostic centers, and well-maintained patient rooms, contributed to a positive experience for both patients and their families. One of the highlights of my experience at the Super Speciality Hospital was the competence and professionalism of the medical staff. The doctors were knowledgeable and dedicated to their profession. They patiently addressed all my concerns, explained the treatment plans in detail, and exhibited a caring attitude towards patients. The nursing staff was equally attentive, providing timely assistance and compassionate care. Their commitment to patient well-being was evident, which greatly enhanced the overall experience at the hospital. The ambience of the Super Speciality Hospital in Jammu was moderate, neither exceptional nor disappointing. The interior decor was functional but lacked warmth and aesthetic appeal. While the hospital maintained cleanliness, the overall ambiance could have been improved to create a more comforting and welcoming environment for patients and their families. A soothing atmosphere can play a vital role in the healing process, and I believe the hospital could invest more in creating a calming and inviting atmosphere. One positive aspect of the hospital is its acceptance of the Ayushman card issued by the Prime Minister. This initiative ensures that a significant portion of the population can access quality healthcare without financial burdens. Moreover, the availability of parking facilities outside the hospital was convenient for visitors, allowing for hassle-free access and ease of movement. Additionally, I would like to highlight that for those who do not possess an Ayushman card, the Super Speciality Hospital in Jammu offers a card-making facility within the premises. This convenience allows individuals to avail themselves of the benefits provided by the Ayushman Bharat scheme, ensuring access to affordable healthcare. Moreover, it is worth mentioning that the hospital's canteen provided a good dining experience. The canteen offered a variety of food options and maintained cleanliness and hygiene standards, adding to the overall positive impression of the hospital's facilities. That's all folks. Among the finest Hospitals in the city, Super Speciality Hospital Government Medical College Jammu in Bakshi Nagar, Jammu is known for offering excellent patient care. The clinic is located centrally in Bakshi Nagar, a prominent locality in the city. It stands close to Opposite Public Service Commission which not only makes it convenient for people from the vicinity to consult the doctor but also for those from other neighbourhoods to seek medical guidance. There is no limit of public modes of transport to reach the clinic from all major areas of the city. Highly experienced doctors and nurses, 6 super specialities under one hospital. Neat and clean environment best doctor for all speciality. All doctors and nurses and competent to their work. Overall satisfied with the performance of this hospital.

If you are supported by political leaders or celebrities then you will be admitted to this hospital.. this hospital is not for common PPL or less privileged PPL.. GMC is responsible for this, everyone knows that..

A very good public health service place of government of UT J&K. cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained here. patients wards are centrally air conditioned. Located at Maheshpura bakishi nagar jammu. heart and by pass surgery is done here. it comes under Government MEDICAL College and associated Hospitals jammu.

Behaviour of staff and doctors are polite but you have to wait for 3or2hours for appointment. Only 2days OPD

Location and building is good but service and maintenance is typically government type.

It's very very good hospital all things are so good doctors and staff is so caring

Money making Hospital,, Doctors behavior weird asking 16 lakhs for granny heart surgery . we belong to poor category cannot afford the amount. So Left . I don't know what type of Government hospital it is despite asking for money.
