My parent recently had a total knee replacement at Medicare Hospital, and the experience was outstanding. The orthopedic team was highly skilled and explained everything clearly. The surgery went smoothly, and the post-op care was top-notch.
The nursing staff were attentive, compassionate, and professional throughout. The hospital was clean, well-organized, and supportive at every step. We're grateful for the excellent care and highly recommend Medicare.
Hand-folded request- never go to these dacoits (medicare hospital)
We visited Medicare super specialty hospital yesterday for a minor surgical procedure that my husband needed. While the doctors and nurses were professional and the treatment went smoothly, we were extremely disappointed with the charges.
For such a small procedure, the bill was shockingly high. It felt like they charged us as if we would never come back -- trying to make the most out of a single visit without any justification for the inflated costs. We asked for a detailed breakdown, but no proper explanation was provided.
I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. If you're seeking quality care without being overcharged, you're better off going to some other reputable hospital in the valley.
This hospital provides outstanding medical care with best doctors available under one roof. The treatment is highly professional and patient-focused, ensuring quick recovery. The hospital rooms, especially with river views, offer comfort and peace, making the healing experience even better. With all advanced diagnostics and facilities, it's truly one of the best places for complete healthcare."
It's deeply saddening that the PET scan centre at medicare has a single bathroom which offers pungent smell as well is lockless as the door lock is non functional.
I did a PET scan for my patient their in November 2024 same pungent bathroom same lockless door same dirty holed bed.
And I visited second time for PET again in July 2025 nothing had changed literally nothing.
Sorry state of affairs the administrator is their to look after revenue collection only and pays no heed that terminally ill patients have to use that dirty bathroom and make a person stand guard outside bathroom.
They even have one bed for patients who need to undergo scans their
No professionalism only bigotry ...
I recently visited the hospital as one of my cousins was undergoing back surgery. To my surprise, it was the security staff who transferred him from the operation theatre to the room--something that should ideally be handled by the OT staff. When I questioned a nurse about this, her response was, "This is a private hospital, not a government one--we do it this way here," delivered in a very rude manner, as if we were unaware of standard medical procedures. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hospital. Later, while browsing reviews, I noticed that many others have also shared negative experiences, confirming that this wasn't just an isolated incident.
Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at so called Medicare Hospital The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. Despite making an advance payment and appointment, for USG I was forced to wait for an unreasonably long time before being seen. When I finally did meet with the doctor, they seemed rushed and didn't take the time to listen to my concerns properly.
Worst ever experience....
Worst staff. I called them for 1 hour. Some females received the call and then left the phone on her side , I could hear all the talks. Then a male took the phone when I screamed for few minutes. He also did not behave well. Their licence should be revoked . A patient is calling and this is the way they behave. They just care about money and not lives.
*1/5 Stars - Unacceptable Experience at Medicare Super Speciality Hospital*
I'm extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Medicare Super Speciality Hospital. The hospital's staff seemed more focused on making extra money from patients than providing quality care.
During my visit, I was charged exorbitant fees for basic medical services. The staff were pushy and aggressive in demanding payment for unnecessary tests and procedures. This lack of transparency and fairness in billing is unacceptable.
The hospital's management seems to be prioritizing profits over patient care. As a result, the quality of care suffers. I witnessed long wait times, disorganization, and a general lack of concern for patient well-being.
On a positive note, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff kept the areas clean and hygienic.
However, cleanliness alone is not enough to redeem the hospital's many shortcomings. I strongly advise others to avoid this hospital at all costs. The focus on making money over providing quality care makes it a risky and unreliable choice for patients.
*Rating Breakdown:*
- Cleanliness: 4/5
- Staff Behavior: 1/5
- Quality of Care: 2/5
- Value for Money: 1/5
*Warning:* Patients, be cautious of the unfair billing practices and prioritization of profits over care at Medicare Super Speciality Hospital.
