The doctor advised several tests (blood tests, ECHO, ECG, etc.), costing around 5,500-6,000. After about an hour, he simply said it was not a heart attack. When I asked what could be causing the pain, his abrupt reply was, "Pain can be due to anything. In the medical field, there is no math like 2+2=4. You wanted to know if it's a heart attack or not -- I told you it's not." I found this response extremely unprofessional and insensitive. A doctor's role is not only to rule out one condition but also to guide the patient toward understanding the cause and next steps. I would never recommend visiting this doctor. It's better to consult an experienced and more professional physician elsewhere.

When I asked about why certain values were high or low, Dr. Kumar became unexpectedly angry and responded, "Am I the doctor or are you?" He further explained that one should not interpret medical reports without proper knowledge, which I fully understand and respect. However, I was simply asking out of genuine concern for my relative's well-being - not to question his expertise. I believe it's normal for a family member to inquire about a patient's condition. A more patient and empathetic response would have made the experience better. Clear communication is just as important as medical advice.
