For our family he is the best consulting doctor. Diagnosis is on the point. Recently he shifted his clinic at Bariatu ( next to Indian oil petrol pump/ opposite to La Vista Society). It has ample waiting area and parking space. It is still under construction. How to book appointments. Download mdoc application > general physician> fill form and select date > pay online (1050 = 1000 fee + 50 processing charge). You will get time confirmation call a day before appointment date. They provide xray, ECG, blood/urine test facilities. Has drug store. And small refreshment shop.

Worst ever experience, staff are very rude, I don't know what they think of themselves. Doctor also couldn't identify the exact issue.

Worst clinic, disappointed with front office staff , if you have whole day free then only you can visit here . Otherwise you are going to waste your complete day here . I don't advise anyone to visit

Visited this place couple of times. Firstly the fees is very high 1600/- though doctor is good and patient. Coming to the staff, extremely rude, the lady at the main counter who wears specs needs to learn manners. The guy who is at the blood test or diagnostic room..he is extremely lazy , I'll mannered and doesn't even attend to the patient properly. They have kept an HR to train them but doesn't seem to be working. I hope doctor works on improving the quality of staff as they are bringing the rating down for this clinic.

Worst experience ever. Never get admitted to this hospital; otherwise, you will get robbed with lots of nonsense medicine and unnecessary tests. The staff is very arrogant and rude. Their behavior suggests that they are doing us a favor by sitting at the counter. My mom was admitted for 10 days, and they were not sure what happened to her. They were unable to diagnose the problem, and even my mom's condition worsened day by day. I had to change doctors after 10 days of no results. Money-minded doctor and staff. Not recommended at all. P.S.: I just shared my experience; the rest is up to you guys!

For the last 20 years, Dr. Sinha have been our first line of health defence and majority of the times, last one as well. It is the quality of treatment and behaviour that the doctor provides, because of which the relationship has been this long and we still don't have any complaints regarding the medical treatment provided by the doctor. But there's something wrong with the staff team. They don't respond, communicate and behave in a responsible manner. There's something wrong with the guidance, management, monitoring, feedback and leadership that handles the staff team. Doctor is great

Worst experience ever. Ever since the doctor has started practicing in this new medical hall, the therapy has severely depreciated. The set of new staff is very arrogant and rough. Their behaviour is as if they are doing us a favour by sitting on the counter. The receptionist is more focused on her phone and has a very poor sense of attitude. There is a drastic drop in the doctor's attention towards the patient. He was our family's doctor and we were always so proud of the service but recent observations have proved to me that it's the most horrible place for your medical aids. The management is so poor your appointment papers keeps getting shuffled in favour of some other patient without your acknowledgement and you end up waiting a lot longer than you're supposed to. Overall it's the set of staff that's horrible and the person handling xray and tests thinks he's some higher being with utter disrespect in his eyes.

He was our Goto doctor where I used to take my old parents whenever they have any issue.Till the time he was practicing at Ratu road, the fees was reasonable. But suddenly in one year the fees has risen to 1600 which is very expensive compared to other clinics in Ranchi. If such high fees is taken, where will middle class people like us go. Also Mdoc app is the only way to take appointment and today if u book, u get appointment after 4 days. Incase of urgency, if we want the appointment earlier, the staff doesn't even pick the call.
