Yeah, I just had to share my experience with the hospital's doctor and staff. Honestly, they were great. You walk in, and it feels warm and welcoming right away. The doctor? Super chill and easy to talk to. I think they really listen to you, which is nice. No rush, just straightforward answers. And the staff? They seemed really on top of things. They made the whole process smooth, from check-in to check-out. Plus, they were friendly. It makes a huge difference when people actually care. Overall, I left feeling pretty good about the whole visit. It was a solid experience, and I'd definitely go back if I needed to. Simple as that.

The hospital is excellent and the team of doctors and staff is great. I would recommend this hospital for people in Ranchi specially. The rooms are hyginic and well maintained.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care of my father has received during his stay in Room No-404A. The nursing staff housekeeping & facility dept have been outstanding thier professionalism ,compassion and attentiveness have made a significant difference in our experience. Positive Feedback:- * The nursing staff has been incredible supportive and responsive to our needs. ( Very Much impressed by the behaviour and approach towards patient) * Housekeeping has maintained a clean and comfortable envoirment( Doing great job housekeeping is very important part must get motivated by management) *The Facility Team specialy the Security Gaurd and lift man are doing restless job ( Very much impressed) *Front Office is very critical part as the patient first come to them . The team is very good in interaction with customer and patient . ( Need much more discipline they have to understand the physocology of the patient and their family and talk to them and react accordingly with smile and politeness. * The senior Staff had provided valuable guidance and reassurance during this time.KUDOS to the Management for managing approx 800 manpower superbly with all SOP. # Suggestion for improvement:- * if possible consider providing more regular update to family members on patient progress as this can help alleviate anxiety. * Enhancing the waiting area with more comfortable seating and reading materials could also improve the expierence for the families visiting loved ones. My personal expierence during this short Stay for Dr. Muneshwar Kumar( MD & Cardiologist) * I want to give my special thanks to Dr Muneshwar because I love the way he spoke to me and the way he talked to my father as a patient . The way he explained everything,the time he spend with patient he is so soft spoken . * What stand out the most is Dr.Muneshwar demeanour and geniune concern for his patient . He to took the time to listen to our concern and answered all our questions with patience and empathy . His dedication to spending quality time with each patient reflects not only his professionalism but also his commitment to thier well being. Feedback for Orchid Medical Centre, Ranchi I recently visited Orchid Medical Centre for my Mother's treatment, and I must say the experience was truly commendable. The staff here is extremely polite, supportive, and attentive to patient needs. Dr. Ranjan Kumar, (General Surgeon) is highly knowledgeable and explain every procedure in detail, which builds a lot of trust and comfort. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with modern technology, which reflects their commitment to quality healthcare. From admission to discharge, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. One thing I would like to bring to your notice is that the seating/space for patients during blood tests and other examinations is limited. It would be great if this could be improved. Also, if the procedures could be made faster, it would help reduce the waiting time for patients. Thank you to the entire team at Orchid Medical Centre for their dedicated service and compassionate care. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality treatment and patient-friendly services.

My father had angioplasty done in Orchid Hospital which was done by Dr Muneshwar Kumar. Dr Kumar is very polite, he explained everything very well. The nurse, TPA staff, Floor Manager, Canteen staff, cleaning staff and security here all helped very well in everything. This hospital is very good.

I would like to express about the Orchid Hospital.The behaviour of nursing staff and house staff and Floor manager is Nice.Doctor come regularly to check your every day.The room is cleaned daily and you will get food and medicine on time.Some time security guard will interrupt you, because without visitor pass they will not allow to meet you. Only one thing is required to change, that is extend the visitor pass timing.Half an hour is less time to meet relative with the patient.It should be one hour.
