Mazumder Shaw Medical Centre is the best hospital among Bangalore. They provide wheelchairs services and they have a huge car parking area. They have their own transportation system for the patients and their attendeds to transfer them from one to another building. Their Doctors are very very much good. I was there due to my fathers kidney treatment. We appointed Dr. Nithin J sir and he is very friendly doctor. He treated us not like a patient as like a brother.

Pathetic experience ... Had come for my wife check-up post surgery Nothing against the doctor, but the process is so pathetic. Cant take a prior appointment, patient with less than one week surgery has to wait for hours, staff is busy on phones, no token system, just have to endlessly wait. Manipal was so better and professional atleast. Had to come for dressing and got got charged 500 INR and then I had to buy replacement gauze and gloves to replenish the stock.. first time atleast that I experienced. Behind all the charity, they should focus on some better customer service Had asked complaint book, not given one and I am told they don't have a complain book. Waiting for more than 2 hours just for a simple follow up check up If you are dying, let the ambulance go to another hospital but let it not stop at this hospital

I regret to say that my recent experience at your hospital was deeply disappointing, especially when compared to the exceptional standards your nursing staff upheld ten years ago. While I appreciate the professionalism and compassion shown by the doctors -- they were excellent in both care and behavior -- the rest of the staff, particularly in nursing, reception, billing, and emergency counters, fell drastically short of expectations. The level of customer service was consistently poor across departments. I strongly recommend sending these teams for customer care training at institutions like Apollo or Fortis, where service standards are far superior. For a facility considered among the most expensive in Bangalore, this level of staff behavior is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, during my mother's admission, the nursing team neglected to remove her insulin drip, which led to a serious health episode. This points to alarming gaps in protocol and patient safety. Your insurance desk also warrants urgent attention. A minimum six-hour wait to speak with staff is not only inefficient but shows a lack of respect for patients' time and needs. In its current state, the hospital reflects more of a business venture than a center for healing. If a competitive corporate hospital were to open in this area, I genuinely believe many would reconsider their choice of care I genuinely question the authenticity of many of the glowing reviews your hospital receives -- they seem more like internal endorsements than reflections of real patient experiences. Rather than focusing on ratings and reputation management, I strongly urge you to prioritize actual service improvements. Patients choose premium facilities expecting not just top-tier medical care but also respectful, efficient service across all touchpoints. Unfortunately, what we're witnessing is a costly experience paired with disheartening staff behavior and operational inefficiencies. The gap between charges and service quality is simply unacceptable. We're not paying for branding -- we're paying for care. And right now, the care isn't measuring up. Note : Doctor's are excellent Nusing - average Non medical staff - Pathetic Doctors secretaries- mostly they behave like hospital directors, extreme attitude, lack professionalism, they should understand that they are nothing big just another non medical staff.

Amazing experience, wonderful doctors especially Doctor Devi Prasad Shetty, never mate with such a polite and down to earth human being, his words alone can treat the patient 50%. Along with him Dr. Kiran R also a very good Gastroenterologist with on point treatment, no extra tests and medicines and he is also very funny doctor.. His wonderful behavior comforts the patients. One doctor I have to mention for whom i cut off one star is Dr. G. G Shetty (Cardiology).. very high charges with extremely rude behavior and he doesn't even listen properly and give false restrictions.. Overall if you looking for best medical facilities just go for Narayana Institute of Medical Science Bangalore. Their lab tests are also very affordable according to other private hospitals.

Our experience with the nursing team was exceptional. They demonstrated thoughtful presence, displayed friendliness and always passes on their warm smiles despite being overwhelmed with patients. I've never encountered such dedicated professionals elsewhere. We also consulted several specialist doctors who were highly knowledgeable in their fields, yet remarkably down-to-earth, natably Dr T. Nemani, Dr Rashmi, Dr Rao and Dr Singh. Highly recommended for anyone seeking compassionate, world-class care!
