Do not go op consult.in all daignosis section .. Worst receptionist's reponse Inside Op is nill no docters no sister's Where should i ask my money wasted 450/- token Fee's All patient's r orguing Worst service with docters When i call receptionist say 2.30pm to 9pm Docter op consult duty timeings but till now i waiting 3 hour's no body come U can go inside first enter ur name on reception then next docter room sister's two times I asked lot of patient's all r just one time consultant's No body can repeated... (c)(c)(c)I laugh too much because my negligence First receptionist collecting amount giveing one file and say go to room no 16 check bp... And i go to docter s room the room is nill I return receptionist and he say i dont know u ask inside docter s room sister's But room is nill and he say then wait i don't know when he come This is my persenal experience Please review this hospital staff behavior u also don't forget Token amount not refund think before go I think it's big corporate hospital like (Tagore chiranjeevi telugu movie...) Worst management. Patients have to wait nearly 3-4 hrs for consultation. Nurses are very worst that to with cardiology section. She is very arrogant. Serial should maintain and token should be displayed outside. Should make digitalization. So that patients will know the status. Waiting for long can be avoided. All patients will be at the door only. Nurse are spoiling the image of the doctor

Dr.Narayana rao MD cardiologist doctor response is not good He says don't come again here to consult go to direct other hospital ,,, because of i given complaint on nurse and staff so that why doctor told like this ,,,, Irresponsible everyone Disappointed

Dear Hospital Administration, I recently visited Bellary Health City Hospital and had some concerns that I would like to bring to your attention. While I appreciate the medical care provided, there were several areas that require improvement: 1. Pharmacy Services: Every time I needed to purchase medicines, I had to pay at the pharmacy. It would be more convenient if internal services were available. 2. Medical Reimbursement(Documents): I experienced difficulty in getting information from the receptionist team regarding medical reimbursement supportive documents. Calls were disconnected, and follow-up calls were not received. 3. Staff Nurse Behavior: Some staff nurses seemed to overstep their authority, behaving as if they were doctors. 4. Patient Care: I observed that lady helpers were asking patients' families for money to assist with shifting patients. 5. Hospital's Image: Unfortunately, my overall experience left me with the impression that the hospital is overly focused on financial gain. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to address these concerns. I believe that with some improvements, Bellary Health City Hospital can provide better services to its patients.

Please don't go to this hospital, they are charging too much even for small surgery. Every time they write a medication it will be costing 2000rs to 3000rs, I don't understand why they are giving so much medicine. And administration is not supporting. Finally the hospital is not maintained well they don't even have genaral restrooms, it Coman restrooms for inpatient and people. Please don't go to this hospital.

Doctors are good, they explain the issue, root cause of the issue and possible treatments. Doctors make you understand the procedure of surgery and risk associated with the surgery. Admin department is good I think this is the 1st Hospital where they take feedback seriously and work towards improving. Specially, Mr. Jagdish's works religiously on the feedback. Thanks team BHC.

Except for consulting doctors this hospital is worst to say at every point service incompetence is visible and waiting is foremost thing where no quick decent service is seen ..I suggest doctors are good but everything else is zero ..
