If you are open 24 hours you should pick up call all the time in such emergency like our family facing you are not attended my phone call it's really disappointed

The staffs particularly from emergency unit is the worst i have ever seen in my life. They are asking the patient after a minor surgery to clean the puss and blood themselves.. I was laying there around 2.5 hours after my treatment with dirty clothes all around me and completely wet in puss and blood nobody cares to come and clean.. instead asking us to leave by dressing ourselves. I don't understand why management people employs those staff in the emergency unit??? Management need to be blamed for this since they charge very high fees for the treatment in the emergency unit with zero service from staff it is fine if you give the equal treatment as well. This needs to be addressed properly i guess as some of our known people have complained the same. But i must say that Surgeon was really very good Dr. Bharath. Much appreciated for his expertise.

This Hospital is just for name sake. Only patients with minor issues like headache fever or cold is treated rest all patients are advised to redirect by punch line "Take patient to Kundapur or Mangalore hospitals " . This the Worst scenario faced by Bhatkallys most of the time. Half of patients life goes in travelling and searching for instant treatment for casualties in Bhatkal,Karnataka.
