Indiana Hospital and Heart centre

The hospital staff is extremely unprofessional, stating that only 10 appointments are allowed for Dr. Anup. However, they gave one to someone who had a recommendation call from an unknown person. Even in case of emergencies, they refuse to give appointments. They seem to prioritize money over patient care--honestly, even a 1-star rating feels generous. Hassan truly needs more skilled and compassionate heart specialists. Instead of depending on such hospitals, it would be better to get treated in Bangalore for the same cost

The doctor is good but the rest of the system is ridiculous. I feel like the staff (not the doctors)care more about their personal matters more than the patient Took us 5 hours to get discharged and get the bill. Why do I have to wait so much to pay the money. There is no proper system established between the staff. Have never seen such dysfunctional staff especially one Accounts department staff named YATISH. He is never there infact. No one does their job properly in the hospital infact except the doctors and nurses.

Went to consult Cardiologist today. The queue to pay consultation charges took 20 mins. After taking consultation, they directed me to go to a room who immediately asked to get ECG done. Again came to the queue and stood for 20 mins to pay fees. When my turn to consult Dr. He asked to wait in the room and did not show up for next 20 mins. By that time there were 10 people who entered consulting room and standing behind us. It just turned out be like a dining hall at marriages. People were talking loudly standing next to us on the phone while doctor was explaining. No privacy. After the consultation went to get prescribed medicine from the in-house medical shop. He sent to pay for medicine in the same payment desk. Again it's a 20 mins queue. No staff to manage crowd, understaffed payment collection desk (only one for getting consultation appointment, consulting fee, test/lab charges, medicines). Also witnessed the doctor's support staff blaming me for not carrying previous prescription (almost scolding me in English) assuming I cannot understand English ;) ). Most importantly the Doctor's are not impressive, they just push us to get all the test done for money and say you do not have issues after the tests. Bad experience. Do not recommend this hospital for understaffing, undermanaging, and unimpressive staff and doctors.

Worst hospital and bad behaviour of doctor called anup, Overcharge money and Medicine prices are too high, and remaining items back to their own medical without informing patient side parties, not for middle class peoples and they kills everyone, who admitted their hospital. worst hospital, not recommended. be aware.

Very rude behavior from the receptionists. Had to wait since morning till evening to get the token itself, in the evening also they denied to give the token.

Exceptional Care at Indiana Hospital I recently had my mother treated at Indiana Hospital after she suffered a fracture in her right leg, which required surgery to attach discs. I am deeply grateful to the entire team, especially Dr. Nayueem Siddique (Orthopedic Surgeon) and Dr. Vishwas (Physician, MD), for their outstanding care and professionalism. The hospital is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for patients. Dr. Nayueem Siddique performed the surgery with great expertise and ensured we fully understood the procedure and its implications. Dr. Vishwas meticulously monitored my mother's glucose levels and adjusted her insulin units as needed, ensuring her recovery was smooth. Both doctors continued to provide exceptional post-operative care, checking in regularly about her progress, even after discharge. Their clear communication and compassionate approach were truly commendable. The nursing staff and other support teams were equally good, always attentive and efficient in their duties. Area for Improvement: I believe the sharing wards could be better equipped with separation curtains between patients to enhance privacy. Overall, I highly recommend Indiana Hospital, Dr. Nayueem Siddique, and Dr. Vishwas for anyone in need of orthopedic and medical care. Their dedication to patient well-being is exemplary, and my family is very thankful for their efforts.
