I had an exceptional experience at Chetana hospital .From the moment I checked in, the staff was courteous, efficient, and compassionate. The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly, and the nurses were attentive and kind throughout my stay. What truly impressed me was the billing department. Healthcare costs can be stressful, but the billing team was transparent and responsive. They walked me through the insurance process, explained every charge, and even helped me identify eligible discounts. I received my final bill with no surprises, and everything was accurate. That level of clarity and professionalism is rare. Highly recommend!

I have received treatment for my kidney stone. Lingaraju brother took care of everything--from consulting the urologist to managing all aspects of medical care and nursing. We had very good experience with gynecologist Dr.sireesha. she is the best ever gynec we have ever seen.she is always there for us whenever we need support. Pediatrician Dr.rashmi,was given proper caring and treatment for our baby.Senior staff shalini also gave very good service and support for us. I had an exceptional experience at Chetana Hospital. From the moment I checked in, the staff was kind, efficient and compassionate. The doctors were attentive and kind throughout my stay.

Treatment is ok but it's too costly. Not for middle class people. After getting my family member admitted here got to know that they are money minded and make bills like anything and experienced the same. One of the nurses behaviour is worst. She literally scolding patient when patient collapsed out of weakness. One of the nurse shouted on patient saying why are you dying out of fear, and make us also die. Worst nurse ever seen in any hospital, atleast should be concerned about patient, Money is secondary.

Hospital is very clean and hygiene. Dr are very supportive and co operative. Dr. Manoj , Dr. Chandrashekar and Dr. Gurumurthy treated well us. We highly recommend this hospital. Great support from hospital staffs and nurse.
