I am a BPL card holder. Before treatment, Sri Jayadeva Hospital staff informed me that BPL card holders are eligible for free treatment. However, I was still charged the full amount of 7565. This is misleading and unfair to poor patients who trust the hospital's statements. I request the hospital ensure correct information is given in the future.

Worst insurance dept. these fellows even don't know the simple process. They are not in a position to give the simple bill for which you paid money. If you want to reimbursement with hospital bills for insurance just forget it. They don't knw what to give n you get nothing reimbursed. Simple bill summary they cant provide you. Don't know with whose reference they got that job. Best part is security dept does thr job perfectly. Hats off

There is locked baby feeding room when asked to Security as a female she told to feed in Patients waiting area Kindly my advise to look into this

Visited for some tests which is related to cardio.hospital is very clean and neat.but billing only cash payment,now days we have so many was to do payment but.in counter only asking cash payment for all the test.no house keeping facility when wheel chair pat comes they have taken responsibility.pat attenders only push the wheel chair.to bad service.

Waste no one cardiologists to take care for in night emergency a dmo will be present like other government hospital.
