Worst experience in cash management a staff name call Miss Prabha who has no discipline towards patients and their guardian. Mangala is best hospital in town but some of these staff gonna ruin the reputation of the hospital. I have witnessed several times where this lady name called Prabha always mistreated very badly and i have experienced it as well. So kindly shift her from position and replace her. I wanted give 5 stars for the treatment but im gonna give 3 stars because of her treatment towards patients and their guardian.
