Here am giving attention to management how your employees treats to patient party. We had recommendation and visited this hospital for my wife dengue treatment and meat PRO Mr,bhuvan initial conversation was nice,when it comes to admission we asked to show us the all kind of room so that we can make choice as per our comfortable,initially he is refused somewhere we conveced him and then he showed room from outside and even for special room also he said we will make you free but you can just see from outside as we believe special room was good we said ok,then once we shifted we saw lazyness of the people 1.The room is having one bed for patience party which is less then 5feet.and no pillow and bedsheet was arranged. 2.TV cable are lying no tv available 3.the room is not having space for comfortably standing 3 people, 4.no hand wash available 5.lots of mosquito atleast no coil available in room Then my wife has not able to slept in night for having continuous itching and rashes as we informed nobody takes care,and after saying many times nurse has given some injection,I mean here doctor has to visit first and need to check the patient analyse and then only doctor can recommend but over a call some injection suggested and nurse has given to patient.when we asked for doctor then were saying they are in emergency. When we discussed this things next day morning with PRO Mr.shaikh he was like the room has given for time being and will be shifted to you l,and he himself suggested us to complain to them in frequent bases so that they can make necessary arrangements,it seems like they are incompetence and patient party has to tell them for everything.we are expecting basic things from them. We are deeply disappointed the way PRO Mr bhuvan gesture,please guys we expect atleast some common gesture from you.

Best ever service and emergency care, Dr. Shivshankar sir and their cardiologist care center for their expertise, excellent communication, and overall exceptional care. They have made a positive impact on my brother well-being, and I'm grateful for their dedication to their patients.We are coming to this hospital frequently from past one month, very happy with treatment by Dr shivshankar and all supporting doctors and staff thank you for great service and responding to us thank u so much best ever hospital hospital offer a wide range of medical services. The doctors in these hospitals are specialists in their field, hospital is a healthcare institution providing patient treatment with specialized health science and auxiliary healthcare staff and medical equipment , emergency care services also available here nice and good management

My father ND Kashinathappa, aged 92, is coming to this hospital to check up his health with Dr Prithvi sir since last 12 years, he is healthy and fine, Good experience in the hospital with well trained n polite staff.

Sir, I did not expected that a busiest hospital like Metro united HealthCare Has Concern of each of caring every patient ,with utmost patience, smiley face,soft talks, conversation,friendly and homely. On 1.7.2025 I went to Ashok Emergency Care. They took ECG and found defect o block s a and referred to your Hospital. By then it was 11.30 night. I am surprised that a team workers at the emergency entrance, even in the absence of specialists. Collected all sorts data from me and my wife. Within no time message was passed to Dr. Shiva Shankar who rushe to the O.T.for my treatment. Immediately scanning was taken and upto about 1.00 a.m. Entire team very smoothly. Cleared of the bocks consoling me nicely. Though I had fear and anxiety, I did not felt. I was shifted to ICU. All the nurses scavengers and workers behaved as my family members. The Care , the responsibility at every stage. Cannot Stated in words.The youg lady assistants were very punctual.

Very rude doctors. Dr Rohit is very arrogant and has an attitude of him being a doctor. When we had to make the decision of admitting the patient or not, he started shouting and arguing with us
