Excellent Hospital in a town like Thirthahalli. All basic required infrastructure available, well maintained, doctors are good, staffs are approachable, Doctor is also known for his noble service in the town. I have also come across doctor taking feedback from the patient / their family. Overall good Hospital.

Worst staff service .please train your reception/help desk how to communicate with patient and to have knowledge on doc visiting times. I visited this nursing home with prior appointment, I was told by staffs doctor will be there by 6.30 pm when I went to front desk I was reluctantly told go inside ask there ! Even for questions like doc availability front desk reception did not have that knowledge .Anyway when I went inside waited around 20 min just for reception staff to arrive as she was busy ,front desk staff instead of helping again reluctantly said just go and check there . I had major surgery by the way and wanted to consult for the same and had to stand for 1 hour or so even in this corona time seating arrangement were not safe distance followed.finally decided yo move to another hospital as I was too tired waiting .by the way waited until 7.30 pm and staff did not have knowledge when will doc arrive, Please look into your hospital services and staffs behaviour ,everyone's time matters especially when we are sick .

24/7 All emergency facilities available, Well trained staff Giving good treatment at low cost

1 star also more for them... unhygienic smelly washroom... Everything worst.. buliding good but inside staff very poor in hospitality
