I had an accident recently and was in the hospital for 3 days. I stayed in room number 3022. All the staff on that floor were very kind and helpful, especially the nurses. They took really good care of me and made sure I was always comfortable. Even though I don't know their names, I want to say thank you to all the nurses who helped me. They answered all my questions and were always smiling. It didn't even feel like I was in a hospital it felt more like a vacation from my busy life. I'm really thankful for the care I got. It made me feel like I was at home.

We had a wonderful experience at Sunrise Hospital for my wife's delivery. The entire journey--from admission to postnatal care--was smooth and reassuring. The doctors were highly skilled and supportive, especially the gynecologist who guided us with such care and confidence. The nursing staff were attentive, compassionate, and available round the clock. We're extremely thankful to the entire team for making this special moment in our life so comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for maternity care!

recently visited Sunrise Hospital after meeting with an accident. My friends took me there, and I was diagnosed with a dislocation in my knee. Upon arrival, I was taken to the emergency casualty ward, which was crowded with patients suffering from fever and viral infections like influenza. Unfortunately, many were without masks, and the environment felt unhygienic and uncomfortable, especially for someone already injured. I was made to wait in that area for nearly an hour before being taken to the scanning room. After the scan, I was brought back to the same fever ward. Around 15 minutes later, the staff dressed a small wound on my hand. I requested if I could wait outside as I was feeling anxious being around several fever cases, but the staff declined, explaining that some patients had previously left without settling their bills, so they were instructed not to allow patients to leave the ward unattended. I then asked how much longer I needed to stay, and they responded that the doctor still had to review my scan report. Eventually, a doctor came and advised that only a plaster was needed--nothing serious. While I understand emergencies can be unpredictable, it was clear that the hospital was understaffed, which led to long wait times and patients being kept in shared spaces regardless of the condition. For such a case, they billed 2,500. It's disappointing that there wasn't a separate orthopedic casualty

I was taken to Sunrise hospital with a cut open wound on my arm after I slipped at my office. I was greeted and treated professionally by the ER team; everyone was calm and friendly, and answered my concerns very well. Even though I felt the medical charges was a bit too much for the size of the wound, I observed that they did not compromise on the quantity of any medicines used; the wound was thoroughly cleaned and cared for, and adequate amounts of dressing were also done. I had to reach out to the PRO afterwards a few times for the purpose of obtaining documents for insurance reimbursement and they quickly mailed it over for me, despite the initial delay.

My mother recently received ICU care at Sunrise Hospital, and I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional support and dedication she and our family received, even I was in UK but I didn't felt any tension because of CCU team. Smitesh, the CCU Manager demonstrated outstanding leadership and compassion, ensuring smooth operations and keeping us informed every step of the way. Doctors Dr.Julie and Dr.Sharon were phenomenal, providing expert care, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to my mother's well-being. The entire CCU staff, especially the nurses, were incredibly attentive, professional, and caring.
