KIMS Sreechand Hospital

Earlier this hospital was doing a great service, but today 18/04/2025, we went for a scan and they asked to fill the stomach with water, expecting the similar service we received we asked for a bottle of water, and they guided us to a cooler kept in the coridoor. Then I asked for a glass they pointed out me to the glass kept on top of the cooler which is shared by every patient, how can a patient use a glass which is already used by many patient, what care of hygiene this hospital has towards the patient. Totally dissatisfied with this kind of non hygienic activities.

Great experience from this hospital starting from security, receptionist, nurse... all staffs are really good and happy with service.... find much better than koyili which i visited last week.... please request to keep it up. Getting better and better in service. Note: I am not able to give multiple reviews, not sure why... The x-ray technician guy is amazing, he will make you comfort and safe. My mother in law and wife had a great experience. Please correct the spelling of footwear....:Corrected in a day time probably might have already noted before...super impressed Anyways thank you for consistency in service My visit on July 2025 Admitted for less than 12 hours, bill came 17k disappointed , reducing one star

I ,m coming form papini sheri my mother was admitted to Kims sreechand hoispital for had a pulmonary edema dr,.nazeeb took good care of her. The hoispital ,s service was excellent, and the nursing staff was great .the cleaning services and coordinater were also impressive the staff including the ip coordinator.rithunandha and management were all very cooperative. I,ve seen many hoispital ,but Kims sreechand hoispital stands out. The management ,including dr nazeeb,and coordinator rithunandha are all doing a great job.l recommend Kims sreechand hoispital to everyone

I recently visited KIMS Sreechand and opted for their Executive Health Checkup Plan. Overall, it was a smooth and well-organized experience. One thing I truly appreciated was that a staff accompanied me throughout the process, making it much easier to navigate between departments and complete all the required tests without confusion. Their support made the entire experience feel more personal and less stressful. The staff were professional and courteous, and the checkup itself was thorough. The doctors took time to explain my results clearly, and I was given a detailed report along with practical health advice. The only drawback was the pharmacy experience. It was quite crowded, and the medicine dispatch was delayed. I hope this part of the service is improved going forward. Despite that, I would still recommend the Executive Plan at KIMS SREECHAND for anyone looking for a comprehensive health checkup with great medical support throughout the process.

I want to sincerely thank Dr. Tom Jose and the entire team at Kim's Dialysis Unit for the care and support they gave my mother during her dialysis treatment, which lasted for almost two years. It was a difficult journey, but the compassion and dedication of the team made it so much easier for our family. The nurses and staff were always kind, respectful, and supportive. They treated my mother with great care, and we always felt she was in safe hands. A special thanks to Dr. Tom Jose for his constant guidance, calm presence, and reassuring words throughout this period. His support meant a lot to us.

My father was admitted here after a stroke and kept in the ICU on a ventilator for around two weeks. During this time, we were advised to implant a pacemaker first and then proceed with brain surgery. However, just two days after the pacemaker was implanted, they told us that surgery could no longer be done due to infection and his condition being critical -- and advised us to shift him elsewhere as there was "no hope." We felt the decisions were more focused on performing high-cost procedures than on providing actual recovery-based care. Please be cautious and ask the right questions before agreeing to anything.

My son was admitted for shoulder surgery on 14/07/25 room no. 224 and the service was wonderful. Every staffs looked after us with utmost care.Houekeeping staff have also done great job at maintaining hygiene for the rooms and corridors.There was a blind person who played flute which had a peaceful impact on us and also others too.We recommend others to visit Kims Sreechand Hospital for emergencies or other cases too.

Admitted for a fever and forced to stay for 4 days and I got a huge bill of Rs. 41,000 which seems overpriced. There is no free WiFi in the room. Food serving is same menu everyday. Nurses caring is excellent.
