Disappointed by the behavior of a nurse in Mother Teresa ward. We've been visiting Benziger Hospital for years and always had good experiences. The doctors and staff have always been kind and professional.
However, on 28th July around 5:00 PM, a nurse in the Mother Teresa ward was extremely rude and arrogant. She was unnecessarily rude, spoke with an arrogant tone, and showed zero empathy. My mother's blood pressure had dropped, but even when we asked, she was reluctant to check it and seemed annoyed. She expressed that frustration by removing the cannula in a painful, careless way. If you can't treat patients with compassion, maybe nursing isn't the right job. We expect basic human decency, especially in a hospital setting.
The behaviour of the staff in the laboratory result dispatch section was not professional. The staff insisted on providing the bill number to trace the test results, despite the same information could have been retrieved using alternative identifiers such as the OP number, patient name, or mobile number. This rigid approach caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay. It is important that the hospital management recognises and respects the time and concerns of patients by ensuring staff are better trained in customer service and flexibility in processes.

We were under the treatkent of dr. Asha, the quality and care they provide is amazing. The nursing care was good. the canteen food was also good. Thank you for the care and service, a special thanks to bishop benziger management
The doctors, nursing staffs , and the people at registration desk and the women around there are extremely nice and friendly.I had an unprofessional experience at the pharmacy with the woman at the billing counter. When I asked if my case sheet had arrived, she ignored my question and instead called over the person standing behind me. She had a medium complexion and was wearing a hairband. I'm sure she saw me because I was right in front of her. The woman sitting next to her noticed what happened, and when I approached her, she attended to me politely.
When a patient contact the hospital reception for doctor's appointment, the staff in charge (on 10/07/25 @1.50 pm)could have behave a little more professionally rather than laughing at the patient for not having the op number with her. Actually op number can be traced out with the phone number of the patient, but the staff in charge was not interested to do so. Instead she asked me to find out the op number if i want appointment. I humbly request the managrment to do the needful.
I was admitted in the hospital on 3 March till 14 under the medical care and treatment of Dr. Benny Cletus, I was his op.patient for the last 4 years. I thank him and his.team for their professional treatment. I also thank the nursing staff for their excellent service and special care.
Expressing my profound dissatisfaction with the disorganized procedures at the Eye Section of the hospital. On 18/07/2025, I had a follow-up appointment to determine if I should continue using prescribed eye drops. Despite it being a routine visit, I was forced to wait four hours to see the doctor.
The prolonged wait was primarily due to the unsystematic approach of the staff. There were numerous staff members present, yet none seemed to have clear information regarding token numbers or approximate waiting times. This lack of organization is highly unprofessional and resulted in half a day being spent at the hospital for a simple consultation!
Bad behaviours from nurses side just feel like a govt. Hospital.
They dont give proper replays to our questions, they dont know the IP Patients doctor time . If we ask any help , they do like as so bad . Not proper services.
I hope that the management of Benziger Hospital takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to improve the patient care and communication skills of their nursing staff. A caring and supportive attitude from nurses is crucial for patient well-being and recovery.
